【摘要】：目的:觀察實驗性大鼠神經(jīng)損傷過程中CD16在三叉神經(jīng)節(jié)的動態(tài)表達和分布,探討三叉神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)通過神經(jīng)免疫反應(yīng)參與外周神經(jīng)損傷及痛覺過敏的潛在機制。方法:建立大鼠眶下神經(jīng)慢性壓榨損傷動物模型,應(yīng)用免疫熒光標(biāo)記觀察CD16在三叉神經(jīng)節(jié)的表達和分布,通過與CGRP的相關(guān)性分析,檢測痛覺過敏過程中CD16的參與作用。結(jié)果:大鼠眶下神經(jīng)壓榨性損傷72h后,三叉神經(jīng)節(jié)初級感覺神經(jīng)元CD16的表達顯著性增強,5d后達峰值,且神經(jīng)元內(nèi)CD16的表達與CGRP的表達具有顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:三叉神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)初級感覺神經(jīng)元細胞表達CD16,并參與外周神經(jīng)損傷和痛覺過敏過程。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the dynamic expression and distribution of CD16 in trigeminal ganglion during experimental nerve injury in rats, and to explore the potential mechanism of trigeminal nerve system involved in peripheral nerve injury and hyperalgesia through neuroimmune response. Methods: the rat model of suborbital nerve chronic crush injury was established. The expression and distribution of CD16 in trigeminal ganglion were observed by immunofluorescence labeling. The role of CD16 in the process of hyperalgesia was detected by correlation analysis with CGRP. Results: the expression of CD16 in the primary sensory neurons of trigeminal ganglion increased significantly 72 hours after crush injury, and reached its peak 5 days later. There was a significant correlation between the expression of CD16 and the expression of CGRP in the neurons. Conclusion: the primary sensory neurons of trigeminal nerve system express CD16, and participate in the process of peripheral nerve injury and hyperalgesia.
