E.max CAD玻璃陶瓷厚度和光照模式對(duì)RelyX U200聚合程度的影響

【摘要】:目的本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過傅里葉變換衰減全反射紅外光譜法,對(duì)不同厚度IPS E.max CAD玻璃陶瓷和不同光照模式作用下自粘接雙固化樹脂水門汀3M RelyX U200聚合程度進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,為臨床進(jìn)行樹脂粘接操作提供一定的參考依據(jù)。方法實(shí)驗(yàn)一:將RelyX U200注滿DSC氧化鋁坩堝(內(nèi)徑6.5mm,高度1.5mm),制備試件50個(gè),隨機(jī)分別接受Elipar S10 LED光固化燈傳統(tǒng)光照20s(TR)和延長光照40s(PR),每種光照模式按照介質(zhì)厚度分為4個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組H1、H2、H3、H4(E.max CAD HT A3瓷片1mm~4mm厚度)和1個(gè)對(duì)照組H0(蓋玻片),總計(jì)10組,每組5個(gè)試件。37℃恒溫干燥避光保存24h后,應(yīng)用傅里葉變換衰減全反射紅外光譜儀記錄RelyX U200固化前后的紅外光譜,記錄峰值,測(cè)算各組樹脂水門汀聚合轉(zhuǎn)化率(Degree of convertion,DC),并對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行雙因素方差分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)二:將RelyX U200注滿DSC氧化鋁坩堝(內(nèi)徑6.5mm,高度1.5mm),制備試件25個(gè),隨機(jī)分為5組:實(shí)驗(yàn)組IN1,IN2,IN3,IN4和對(duì)照組TR。透過E.max CAD HT A3瓷片(厚度1mm)分別接受Elipar S10 LED光固化燈IN1(光照2s+間歇30s+光照20s)、IN2(光照2s+間歇60s+光照20s)、IN3(光照2s+間歇90s+光照20s)、IN4(光照2s+間歇120s+光照20s)以及TR(光照20s)不同模式光照。37℃恒溫干燥避光保存24h后,應(yīng)用傅里葉變換衰減全反射紅外光譜儀記錄RelyX U200固化前后的紅外光譜,記錄峰值,計(jì)算聚合轉(zhuǎn)化率,并對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行單因素方差分析、LSD-t組間比較以及獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果1.隨著E.max CAD瓷片厚度增加,傳統(tǒng)光照模式(TR)和延長光照模式(PR)RelyX U200 DC%均逐漸下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。TR組DC%由35.46%(TRH0)下降到12.22%(TRH4),PR組則由39.24%(PRH0)下降到21.41%(PRH4)。相同瓷片厚度時(shí),延長光照模式DC%高于傳統(tǒng)光照模式DC%(P0.05)。2.間歇光照模式下RelyX U200 DC%高于傳統(tǒng)光照模式,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。隨著間歇時(shí)長的延長(2min內(nèi)),DC%由30.32%(IN1)逐漸上升至37.04%(IN4),組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論1.隨著E.max CAD玻璃陶瓷厚度增加,RelyX U200的聚合程度降低,適當(dāng)延長光照有助于聚合程度的提升。2.間歇光照模式下RelyX U200聚合程度較傳統(tǒng)光照模式高,2min內(nèi)隨間歇時(shí)長延長升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the degree of polymerization of self-bonded double-curing resin cement 3M RelyX U200 with different thickness of IPS E.max CAD glass ceramics and different illumination modes by Fourier transform attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). To provide some reference for clinical operation of resin bonding. Methods experiment 1: RelyX U200 was filled with DSC alumina crucible (inner diameter 6.5mm, high 1.5mm), and 50 specimens were prepared.
