低頻超聲聯(lián)合曲安奈德對(duì)金黃地鼠頰黏膜潰瘍愈合的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究低頻超聲聯(lián)合曲安奈德對(duì)金黃地鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)性口腔潰瘍愈合時(shí)間,以及潰瘍組織中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和微量丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的影響。方法:將60只金黃地鼠隨機(jī)分為5組,1組為基線組(包括正�;€組和潰瘍基線組,各6只),另外4組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(低頻超聲+藥物組、單獨(dú)超聲組、單獨(dú)藥物組和空白對(duì)照組),每組12只,各組通過(guò)"氧自由基損傷法"建立口腔潰瘍模型。末次處理24 h后觀察潰瘍愈合情況,并檢測(cè)潰瘍組織中的SOD活性及MDA含量。采用SPSS 20.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:低頻超聲+藥物組較單獨(dú)超聲組、單獨(dú)藥物組及空白對(duì)照組潰瘍愈合時(shí)間顯著縮短。末次處理24 h后SOD檢測(cè)結(jié)果顯示,低頻超聲+藥物組[(2.32±0.30)U/mgprot]較潰瘍基線組[(1.48±0.29)U/mgprot]、單獨(dú)超聲組[(1.83±0.15)U/mgprot]、單獨(dú)藥物組[(1.76±0.25)U/mgprot]及空白對(duì)照組[(1.71±0.18)U/mgprot]顯著增高(P0.05);低頻超聲+藥物組MDA含量[(8.17±0.21)nmol/mgprot]較潰瘍基線組[(9.41±0.22)nmol/mgprot]、單獨(dú)超聲組[(9.00±0.44)nmol/mgprot]、單獨(dú)藥物組[(9.04±0.43)nmol/mgprot]及空白對(duì)照組[(9.03±0.46)nmol/mgprot]顯著降低(P0.05)。潰瘍愈合后SOD活性及MDA含量檢測(cè)顯示,低頻超聲+藥物組、單獨(dú)超聲組、單獨(dú)藥物組及空白對(duì)照組與正�;€組相比無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:低頻超聲協(xié)同曲安奈德能顯著縮短潰瘍愈合時(shí)間,增加潰瘍組織中SOD活性,降低MDA含量,對(duì)潰瘍的愈合有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of low frequency ultrasound combined with triamcinolone acetonide on healing time of experimental oral ulcer in golden hamsters and the contents of superoxide dismutase (superoxide dismutase,SOD) and malondialdehyde (malondialdehyde,MDA) in ulcer tissues. Methods: sixty golden hamsters were randomly divided into five groups: the baseline group (including normal baseline group and ulcer baseline group, 6 each) and the experimental group (low frequency ultrasound group, single ultrasound group). Oral ulcer model was established by oxygen free radical injury method in 12 rats in each group. The healing of ulcers was observed 24 hours after the last treatment, and the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the tissues of ulcers were detected. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software package. Results: the healing time of ulcers in low frequency ultrasound group was significantly shorter than that in single ultrasound group and blank control group.
