不同倒充填材料對(duì)顯微根尖術(shù)后愈合影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Objective: this experiment was carried out on the animal model of experimental periapical disease. IRoot BP,MTA and zinc oxide were used as the apical filling materials, and the X-ray and pathological tissue sections were compared 6 months after operation. Evaluate the efficacy of the three. Methods: the mandibular second, third and fourth premolars of 4 beagle dogs were induced to form experimental periapical periodontitis by routine root canal therapy. 48 root canals were randomly divided into 3 groups with 16 root canals in each group. The groups were as follows: control group: zinc oxide was the reverse filling material 1:MTA was the reverse filling material 2:iRoot BP was the reverse filling material 6 months after operation. Histopathological sections of periapical tissue specimens were obtained by HE staining, and the curative effects of zinc oxide iRoot BP and MTA were evaluated. Results six months after operation, the success rate was 81.2%. The results of X-ray showed that there was no significant difference between the control group (81.2%) and the iRoot group (93.810%). The histopathological results showed that there was no significant difference among the three groups. The results of histopathological sections showed that the ratio of zinc oxide in the two groups was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and that in the control group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Mild inflammation, There was no significant difference in the number of inflammatory cells between the BP group and the MTA group. The bone deposition rate of the MTA group and iRoot BP group was higher than that of the zinc oxide group. Conclusion the results of the X-ray film showed that it was used as a filling material. The results of histopathology showed that the three materials could promote the regeneration of periapical hard tissue. IRoot BP and MTA had the best biocompatibility to the inflammatory stimulation of periapical tissue.
