【摘要】：目的:評估壯族青年笑線類型。方法:對100名18~25歲廣西壯族青年進行自然狀態(tài)(息止頜位)、微笑、大笑3種狀態(tài)時頜面部拍照記錄,運用Photoshop測量頜面部各參數(shù)。將所得數(shù)據(jù)采用One Way ANOVA方差分析及配對T檢驗統(tǒng)計分析(SPSS 16.0)。結果:靜止、微笑及大笑時男性上唇長度均比女性長(P0.05),微笑及大笑狀態(tài)時男性上唇厚度均比女性厚(P0.05),在靜止狀態(tài)時上唇厚度男女差別無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。所有志愿者微笑時均顯露下前牙及牙齦乳頭,小部分(10%)人群顯露牙齦;大笑時牙齦高度及牙齦乳頭顯露高度增加,性別間差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。高笑線為39%,中笑線為46%,低笑線為15%。結論:壯族青年以中笑線為主,其次為高笑線,低笑線較少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the type of laugh line in Zhuang nationality. Methods: a total of 100 Guangxi Zhuang youth aged 18 to 25 years old were taken to take photos of the maxillofacial region when they were in the position of rest, smile and laughter. The parameters of the maxillofacial region were measured by Photoshop. The data were analyzed by One Way ANOVA variance analysis and paired T test statistical analysis (SPSS 16.0). Results: the length of upper lip of male was longer than that of female at rest, smile and laugh (P0.05). The thickness of upper lip in smiling and laughing was thicker than that in female (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the thickness of upper lip between male and female in static state (P0.05). All the volunteers revealed the lower anterior teeth and the gingival papilla when smiling, and a small part (10%) of the population exposed the gingiva; when laughing, the gingival height and the gingival papilla exposure height increased, there was no significant difference between the sexes (P0.05). High laugh line is 39, middle smile line is 46, low smile line is 15. Conclusion: the middle laugh line is the main one in Zhuang nationality, followed by high smile line and low smile line.
