【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價(jià)survivin的表達(dá)與涎腺腺樣囊性癌(SACC)的臨床病理特征之間的相關(guān)性。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、web of science、OVID、Springerlink、中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、萬方、重慶維普等數(shù)據(jù)庫。根據(jù)各研究間的異質(zhì)性,采用固定或隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型合并比值比(ORs)和相應(yīng)的95%可信區(qū)間(CIs),分析survivin表達(dá)與SACC的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果:共納入10個病例對照研究,包括367例SACC患者及124例正常對照。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:survivin在SACC組織中高表達(dá)(OR=38.26,95%CI:17.37~84.29,P0.01),還與病理分型(OR=0.3,95%CI:0.17~0.55,P0.01)、臨床分期(OR=0.23,95%CI:0.13~0.42,P0.01)以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(OR=3.7,95%CI:1.82~7.56,P0.01)有關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:survivin的表達(dá)可能與SACC臨床病理特征相關(guān),但受納入文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量及質(zhì)量的影響,尚需累積大樣本高質(zhì)量的研究來進(jìn)一步證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the correlation between the expression of survivin and the clinicopathological features of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC). Methods: PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,web of science,OVID,Springerlink, Chinese academic journal full-text database (CNKI), China biomedical database (CBM), Wanfang Chongqing Weipu database were searched. According to the heterogeneity of each study, the correlation between survivin expression and SACC was analyzed by using fixed or random effect model combining ratio (ORs) and corresponding 95% confidence interval (CIs),. Results: a total of 10 case-control studies were conducted, including 367 patients with SACC and 124 normal controls. The results of meta-analysis showed that the high expression of OR=38.26,95%CI:17.37~84.29,P0.01 in SACC tissues was also associated with pathological classification (OR=0.3,95%CI:0.17~0.55,P0.01), clinical stage (OR=0.23,95%CI:0.13~0.42,P0.01) and lymph node metastasis (OR=3.7,95%CI:1.82~7.56,P0.01). The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion the expression of survivin may be related to the clinicopathological features of SACC, but it needs to be further confirmed by the quantity and quality of the literature involved.
