上前牙區(qū)角度基臺應(yīng)用的三維有限元研究

【摘要】:目的探索上頜前牙區(qū)不同規(guī)格種植體在種植修復(fù)時使用不同角度的角度基臺的效果。方法建立仿真模型,運(yùn)用有限元法軟件分析不同尺寸的種植體(直徑Φ3.5mm、4.0mm、4.5mm,長度L11.5mm和L13mm),并對不同直徑和長度兩兩組合后,連接不同角度的角度基臺(0°、10°、20°、30°),研究其生物力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果隨著基臺角度增加,各部位應(yīng)力及應(yīng)變遞增,分布更集中;Φ3.5mm各組在較小角度(10°以下)、Φ4.0mm各組在接近30°角度時已有超過骨彈性閾值的危險,而Φ4.5mm各組皮質(zhì)骨彈性形變在各基臺角度下均在安全范圍內(nèi)。結(jié)論角度基臺的使用需考慮種植體直徑因素:小直徑植體(Φ≤3.5mm)不建議使用角度基臺,如需要使用角度基臺,需控制咬合力;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直徑(3.5mmΦ≤4.5mm)和大直徑種植體(Φ4.5mm)可以連接較大角度的基臺,同時需控制咬合避免過載。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of different angle abutment in implant restoration of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods A simulation model was established, and the biomechanical properties of implants with different sizes (桅 3.5mm / 4.0mm / 4.5mm, length L11.5mm and L13mm) were analyzed by finite element method (FEM). The different diameters and lengths of the implants were connected to different angle abutments (0 擄10 擄(20 擄) 30 擄), and the biomechanical properties of the implants were studied. Results with the increase of the angle of the base, the stress and strain increased and the distribution was more concentrated, and the risk of the 桅 3.5mm group exceeding the elastic threshold of bone was found when the angle of 桅 4.0mm was close to 30 擄when the angle of 桅 3.5mm was less than 10 擄. The elastic deformation of cortical bone in 桅 4.5mm group was within the safe range under the angle of each base.
