【摘要】：背景:IPS e.max Press鑄瓷具有極佳的生物相容性和抗腐蝕性,應(yīng)用于前牙貼面、前磨牙嵌體、高嵌體修復(fù)取得了良好的臨床效果,但將其應(yīng)用于磨牙單冠修復(fù)的研究較少見。目的:評價(jià)IPS e.max Press鑄瓷全冠應(yīng)用于根管治療后磨牙修復(fù)的臨床效果。方法:納入215例患者(患牙324顆),其中男88例,女127例,年齡22-58歲,均采用IPS e.max Press鑄瓷全冠進(jìn)行磨牙修復(fù),修復(fù)后隨訪3年,評估修復(fù)體的顏色、形態(tài)、折裂、邊緣著色,邊緣密合度、基牙繼發(fā)齲及牙齦健康狀況。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:隨訪3年內(nèi),324顆修復(fù)體在顏色、形態(tài)、邊緣密合度、基牙繼發(fā)齲方面均達(dá)到A級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),3顆修復(fù)體折裂,14顆修復(fù)體邊緣著色,8顆出現(xiàn)牙齦炎癥,95%以上的修復(fù)體均達(dá)A級。結(jié)果表明,IPS e.max Press鑄瓷全冠用于根管治療后磨牙修復(fù)的失敗率較低,臨床修復(fù)效果良好。
[Abstract]:Background: e.max Press casting porcelain has excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. It has been applied to the restoration of anterior tooth veneer, premolar inlay and high inlay, but it is rarely used in monocoronal restoration of molars. Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of IPS e.max Press cast porcelain crown in the restoration of molars after root canal therapy. Methods: two hundred and fifteen patients (including 88 males and 127 females, aged 22-58 years) were enrolled in the study. All of them were treated with IPS e.max Press cast porcelain full crown for molar restoration. After 3 years follow-up, the color, shape, fracture and edge of the restoration were evaluated. Marginal tightness, abutment secondary caries and gingival health. Results and conclusion: during 3 years follow-up, 324 prostheses were found to be in color, shape, and edge tightness. The secondary caries of abutment teeth were all up to the A grade standard. All of the 14 prostheses with creased restoration edge were stained with gingival inflammation and more than 95% of the prostheses were grade A. The results showed that the failure rate of IPS e.max Press cast porcelain full crown for the restoration of molars after root canal therapy was low and the clinical effect was good.
