【摘要】：目的:研究肩臺(tái)寬度及冷熱循環(huán)對(duì)全鋯冠壓縮破壞力的影響。方法:制作右下第一磨牙的金屬代型4種。肩臺(tái)寬度分別為刃狀(A組)、0.3 mm(B組)、0.5 mm(C組)、1.0 mm(D組),每組6個(gè)。通過(guò)CAD/CAM技術(shù)制作下頜第一磨牙全鋯冠;用D組代型制作鈷鉻烤瓷冠(E組,為對(duì)照組)。在萬(wàn)能實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)上測(cè)量試件的壓縮破壞力。統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析后制備C組樣本18個(gè),進(jìn)行冷熱循環(huán)實(shí)驗(yàn)。循環(huán)次數(shù)依次為:10 000次(C1組),20 000次(C2組),30 000次(C3組),每組6個(gè)。采用SPSS 13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:A、B、C、D、E組的壓縮破壞力(N)依次為3 855.00±305.47、2 731.70±261.80、3 698.30±276.87、3 841.70±544.88、2 992.17±168.41。B、E組的壓縮破壞力顯著低于A、C、D組,P0.05。B、E組比較P0.05。C、C1、C2、C3組的壓縮破壞力(N)依次為3 698.30±276.87、3 220.00±504.38、3 148.33±425.60、3 572.00±545.30,各組間比較P0.05。結(jié)論:4種肩臺(tái)寬度的全鋯冠的壓縮破壞力均可滿足臨床需要,其中0.3 mm肩臺(tái)寬度的全鋯冠的壓縮破壞力小于0.5 mm、1.0 mm肩臺(tái)寬度的全鋯冠,但是與對(duì)照組(鈷鉻烤瓷冠組)之間無(wú)差異,并且各組壓縮破壞力不受冷熱循環(huán)的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of shoulder width and cold and hot cycle on compression failure of zirconium crown. Methods: four kinds of metal substitute of right lower first molar were made. The width of shoulder abutment was edge-shaped (group A) 0. 3 mm (B) (0. 5 mm (C) (n = 6 in each group). The total zirconium crown of the first mandibular molar was made by CAD/CAM technique, and the cobalt chromium porcelain crown was made from group D (group E, as control group). The compression failure force of the specimen was measured on a universal experimental machine. After statistical analysis, 18 samples of group C were prepared, and the cold and hot circulation experiments were carried out. The number of cycles was: 10 000 times (C1 group) 20 000 times (C2 group) 30 000 times (C3 group) with 6 times in each group.
