【摘要】：上氣道是由軟硬組織圍成的"生命腔隙",在呼吸、言語(yǔ)等方面起著重要的作用,其大小及通暢與否將影響正常的呼吸與睡眠。上氣道的形態(tài)大小受到周圍軟硬組織的影響,而正畸治療常能改變上下頜骨及其周圍軟組織,從而改變上氣道的形態(tài)及生理功能。近年來(lái),隨著人們對(duì)睡眠呼吸障礙疾病深入的認(rèn)識(shí),口腔正畸治療對(duì)上氣道的影響研究成為目前研究的熱點(diǎn)。筆者將對(duì)目前的一些研究作一綜述。
[Abstract]:The upper airway is a "living space" surrounded by soft and hard tissue, which plays an important role in breathing, speech and so on. Its size and patency will affect the normal breathing and sleep. The shape and size of the upper airway are affected by the soft and hard tissue around it, and orthodontic treatment can change the upper mandible and its surrounding soft tissue, thus changing the morphology and physiological function of the upper airway. In recent years, with the in-depth understanding of sleep apnea disorders, orthodontic treatment on the upper airway research has become a hot topic. The author will summarize some current studies.
