【摘要】：由于人體牙模是由非常復(fù)雜的自由曲面構(gòu)成,設(shè)計(jì)比較困難。傳統(tǒng)牙模模型的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)都是通過游標(biāo)卡尺在石膏模型直接測(cè)量,會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的誤差,并且石膏模型應(yīng)用于臨床醫(yī)學(xué)也會(huì)存在很多缺陷。為了探究光敏樹脂型材料牙模在臨床應(yīng)學(xué)的可行性,采用逆向工程和快速成型技術(shù)的三維模型重構(gòu)方法,首先使用三坐標(biāo)非接觸式掃描儀對(duì)石膏模型進(jìn)行掃描得到大量點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù),然后利用Geomagic Studio軟件完成對(duì)點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)的處理和CAD三維模型的重建,生成三維實(shí)體,采用SPS450型號(hào)的3D打印機(jī)打印出樹脂實(shí)體模型。最后使用三坐標(biāo)接觸式測(cè)量?jī)x對(duì)石膏模型和已生成的樹脂模型進(jìn)行一些重要數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)量,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果顯示測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)誤差均在1mm內(nèi),在允許的誤差范圍之內(nèi),符合醫(yī)用要求。
[Abstract]:Because the human tooth mold is composed of very complicated free-form surface, it is difficult to design. The measurement data of traditional dental model are measured directly in gypsum model by Vernier caliper, which will cause great errors, and there will be many defects in the application of gypsum model in clinical medicine. In order to explore the feasibility of clinical application of Guang Min resin model, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping were used to reconstruct 3D model. Firstly, a large number of point cloud data are obtained by scanning gypsum model with 3D non-contact scanner, then the point cloud data processing and CAD 3D model reconstruction are completed by Geomagic Studio software, and 3D entity is generated. The resin solid model was printed out by using SPS450 model 3D printer. Finally, some important data of gypsum model and resin model have been measured by using three coordinate contact measuring instrument. The data obtained from the experiment are compared and analyzed. The results show that the errors of the measured data are all in 1mm. Within the allowable error range, meet the medical requirements.
