【摘要】：目的探討正電子發(fā)射型計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描(PET-CT)在診斷口腔頜面部惡性腫瘤頸淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移中的價(jià)值。方法對(duì)28例口腔頜面部惡性腫瘤患者頸部淋巴結(jié)進(jìn)行PET-CT、CT和頸部彩色超聲檢查,比較三種檢查方法診斷頸部淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感度、特異度和準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果 PET-CT診斷頸淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感度高于CT和頸部彩超檢查(94.4%vs.66.7%和61.1%)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PET-CT在口腔頜面部惡性腫瘤頸淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的診斷中較CT和頸部彩色超聲檢查更為敏感,可作為術(shù)前探查的重要手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of positron emission computed tomography (PET-CT) in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods the cervical lymph nodes in 28 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors were examined by PET-CT, CT and neck color ultrasonography, and the sensitivity of the three detection methods in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis was compared. Results the sensitivity of PET-CT to cervical lymph node metastasis was higher than that of CT and cervical color Doppler ultrasonography (94.4%vs.66.7% and 61.1%) (P0.05). Conclusion PET-CT is more sensitive than CT and neck color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis in oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors, which can be used as an important means for preoperative exploration.
