【摘要】：目的:對化膿性及放射性下頜骨骨髓炎患者病變骨組織進行免疫組化染色,檢測IL-17、IL-6和IL-1β在2種不同病因的頜骨骨髓炎中的表達情況。方法:取化膿性及放射性頜骨骨髓炎患者病變骨組織做樣本,HE染色觀察局部骨組織的結構,并用免疫組織化學方法檢測局部組織中IL-17、IL-6和IL-1β的表達情況,與健康骨組織作對比。結果:IL-17、IL-6在化膿性頜骨骨髓炎中表達水平明顯升高,而放射性頜骨骨髓炎局部組織中IL-17、IL-6的表達與正常組織無顯著差異。化膿性與放射性頜骨骨髓炎局部骨組織中IL-1β的表達水平與正常骨組織相比有顯著差異,而在2種骨髓炎中的表達差異不明顯。結論:IL-17、IL-6在化膿性頜骨骨髓炎的成骨與破骨失衡中可能有更重要的作用,而與放射性頜骨骨髓炎關系不密切。IL-1β是頜骨骨髓炎發(fā)生的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of IL-17, IL-6 and IL-1 尾 in osteomyelitis of mandible with purulent and radioactive osteomyelitis. Methods: the bone tissues of patients with suppurative and radiation-induced osteomyelitis were collected to observe the structure of local bone tissue by HE staining, and the expression of IL-6 and IL-1 尾 in local tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the results were compared with those in healthy bone tissues. Results the expression of IL-6 in suppurative osteomyelitis of jaws was significantly increased, but there was no significant difference between the expression of IL-17 and IL-6 in the local tissues of radiation-induced osteomyelitis. The expression of IL-1 尾 in local bone tissue of suppurative osteomyelitis and radiation-induced osteomyelitis was significantly different from that in normal bone tissue, but there was no significant difference in the expression of IL-1 尾 between the two kinds of osteomyelitis. ConclusionIL-6 may play a more important role in osteogenesis and osteoclast imbalance in suppurative osteomyelitis of jaws, but it is not closely related to osteomyelitis of radioactivity. IL-1 尾 is an important factor in the development of osteomyelitis of jaw.
