【摘要】：正文獻(xiàn)報道25%的學(xué)齡兒童及33%的成人有過牙齒外傷經(jīng)歷[1]。在恒牙列的牙外傷中,冠折最為常見[2]。本文報道1例斷冠再接的病例,目前取得滿意效果。1臨床資料患者男,22歲,2013-03-12打籃球時摔倒致上頜前牙折裂。檢查:11唇面頸部折裂,露髓(圖1A),探(+++),冷(+++),叩(+++),牙冠松動Ⅲ度。望診:松動牙片腭側(cè)斷端可能位置為齦下5~6 mm。X線片示:11根尖周膜腔略增寬,根方未見明顯折裂線,根長大于冠長。診斷:11牙冠根折,牙髓暴露。治療計劃:11去髓術(shù)+纖維樁固位+斷冠再接。治療:局麻下開髓,常規(guī)根管預(yù)備,熱熔牙膠垂直加壓技術(shù)充填根管,CBCT示根管恰填(圖2a~b)。根管內(nèi)加纖
