三種機(jī)用鎳鈦器械對中度彎曲根管成型能力的分析

【摘要】:目的:比較Protaper next、Waveone、Twisted File Adaptive(TFA)三種機(jī)用鎳鈦器械對中度彎曲透明樹脂模擬根管的成型能力的影響,為臨床應(yīng)用提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法:選取80個中度彎曲(20°)樹脂模擬根管按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法等分為4組,即TFA組(T組)、Waveone組(W組)、Protaper next組(P組)與不銹鋼K挫組(K組),每組20個根管,分別采用Twisted File Adaptive(TFA)挫、Waveone挫、Protaper next挫及不銹鋼K挫進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,記錄根管預(yù)備時間,測定預(yù)備后根管工作長度,掃描儀獲取預(yù)備前后樹脂模擬根管圖像,使用Adobe PhotoshopCS5.0和ImageJ軟件進(jìn)行圖像重疊并分別測量根管彎曲度的變化、根尖偏移情況,記錄軸中心率,從相距根尖孔1mm處開始作為一個觀測點(diǎn),分別取3個觀測點(diǎn),即:選擇樹脂模擬根管距離根尖孔3、5、7mm。統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析計量資料采用單因素方差分析,兩兩比較采用Dunnett分析和t檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)?=0.05。結(jié)果:(1)W組根管預(yù)備時間最短,T組次之,K組最長,四組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4種器械預(yù)備后根管工作長度變化值差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)距根尖孔3、5、7 mm截面,T組偏移量最小,與其他各組對比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),W組次之,K組偏移量最大(P0.05),T組軸中心率最高,其次為W組、P組,K組最低,四組軸中心率對比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)預(yù)備前,各組彎曲度對比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),預(yù)備后,各組彎曲度均降低,以K組彎曲度降低最為明顯,T組彎曲度變化幅度最小。結(jié)論:TFA鎳鈦機(jī)用器械對中度彎曲樹脂模擬根管成型能力好,彈性性能高,韌度強(qiáng),中心定位能力較高,偏移較少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effects of three kinds of machine Ni-Ti instruments on the formability of medium bending transparent resin to simulate root canal, and to provide experimental basis for clinical application. Methods: 80 moderately curved (20 擄) resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 4 groups: TFA group (T group), Waveone group (W group), Protaper next group (P group) and stainless steel K frustration group (K group), with 20 root canals in each group. Root canal preparation was performed with Twisted File Adaptive (TFA) Waveone Protaper next cadaver and stainless steel K cadaver respectively. The root canal preparation time was recorded, the working length of root canal was measured, and the simulated root canal images were obtained by scanners before and after preparation. Adobe Photoshop CS5.0 and ImageJ software were used to perform image overlap and to measure the change of root canal curvature, root tip deviation and axis center rate respectively. From the point of 1mm distance from the apical foramen to the root tip, three observation points were selected, respectively. That is to say, selecting resin to simulate the root canal distance from the apical foramen 3 to 5, 7 mm. The measurement data of statistical analysis were analyzed by single factor ANOVA, Dunnett analysis and t test were used in the comparison, the test level was 0. 05%. Results: (1) the shortest root canal preparation time in group W was the longest in group K, and the difference among the four groups was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the working length of root canal between group W and group T (P0.05); (2). Compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the deviation of group K was the largest (P0.05), the rate of axial center of group T was the highest, and that of group W was the lowest (P0.05); (3). There was no significant difference in the curvature of each group (P0.05). After preparation, the curvature of each group decreased, especially in group K the most obvious decrease in the curvature of T group was the smallest. Conclusion the wee TFA Nickel-Titanium Machine has the advantages of good forming ability, high elasticity, high toughness, high center location ability and less deviation to the medium bending resin for simulating root canal formation.
