【摘要】：牙周膜的形變與牙齒的移動聯系密切,闡明兩者之間的關系對于正畸治療有很大幫助。建立牙周膜本構模型對研究牙周膜應力-應變關系有重要意義。線彈性、非線性等本構模型已被提出,但仍存在爭議,主要原因是牙周膜體內、體外的實驗數據不夠精確。本文就牙周膜本構模型的種類,牙周膜相關體內、體外實驗的進展作一綜述,并進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The deformation of periodontal ligament is closely related to tooth movement. It is helpful to clarify the relationship between periodontal membrane deformation and tooth movement in orthodontic treatment. It is important to establish the constitutive model of periodontal ligament for studying the stress-strain relationship of periodontal ligament. Linear elastic and nonlinear iso-constitutive models have been proposed, but there are still controversies, mainly due to periodontal ligament in vivo, in vitro experimental data is not accurate. This article reviews the types of periodontal ligament constitutive models, periodontal ligament related experiments in vivo and in vitro, and prospects.
