【摘要】：目的觀察ProTaper機(jī)用鎳鈦器械預(yù)備彎曲根管的臨床效果。方法 180例患者分為兩組,每組患牙90個。對照組患牙用不銹鋼K銼以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的逐步深入法進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備;實驗組患牙用鎳鈦機(jī)用器械以冠根向深入法進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備。拍攝X線片,觀察預(yù)備后根管的形態(tài)及根管充填效果;記錄根管預(yù)備后器械折斷和變形情況。1周后復(fù)診,評價患牙的疼痛發(fā)生率。結(jié)果根管預(yù)備時間實驗組為(3.68±0.82)min,對照組為(10.38±0.32)min;預(yù)備后根管不良形態(tài)的發(fā)生率,對照組為9.32%,實驗組為2.30%;根充適充率,對照組為80.51%,實驗組為93.12%;根充后疼痛發(fā)生率,對照組為37.50%,實驗組為10.00%。結(jié)論 ProTaper機(jī)用鎳鈦器械器械具有根管成型效果佳、恰充率高、根管預(yù)備后疼痛發(fā)生率低以及器械折斷率低等優(yōu)點,適用于彎曲根管的預(yù)備。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of preparing curved root canal with nickel titanium instrument in ProTaper machine. Methods 180 patients were divided into two groups, 90 teeth in each group. In the control group, stainless steel K file was used to prepare the root canal by standard step by step method, and in the experimental group, the root canal was prepared by the method of crown and root penetration. X-ray film was taken to observe the shape of the root canal after preparation and the effect of root canal filling, to record the fracture and deformation of the instrument after root canal preparation, and to evaluate the incidence of pain in the teeth. Results the time of root canal preparation was 3.68 鹵0.82 min in the experimental group and 10.38 鹵0.32 min in the control group, and the incidence of bad root canal morphology was 9.32 in the control group, 2.30 in the experimental group, 80.51 in the control group and 93.12 in the experimental group, and the incidence of post-filling pain was 37.50 in the control group and 10.00 in the experimental group. Conclusion the Ni-Ti instrument used in ProTaper machine has the advantages of good root canal forming effect, high filling rate, low incidence of pain after root canal preparation and low fracture rate, etc. It is suitable for the preparation of curved root canal.
