【摘要】：目的:采用分光光度比色儀評估深度變色ND8基底表面4種全瓷冠各部分色度學(xué)參數(shù)CIE L*a*b*值及與目標(biāo)色片色差。方法:制作ND8色基牙預(yù)備體,分別戴入Procera氧化鋁、Procera氧化鋯、Lava氧化鋯、IPS E.max高度不透明壓鑄陶瓷底冠,分光光度儀對頸部、體部、切端測色。4組底冠經(jīng)燒結(jié)A2體瓷后戴入基底(總瓷層厚度控制1.5mm),分光光度儀同法測色,以Vitapan比色板A2體瓷色片為對照,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行單因素方差分析、均數(shù)比較Bonferroni檢驗,計算P值。結(jié)果:4組底冠均提高基牙的L*值,降低彩度a*、b*值,多數(shù)組間各部位L*、a*、b*有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。燒結(jié)體瓷后,各組L*略下降,a*、b*明顯上升。各部分與A2色差顯著減小(1.45∽3.70)。結(jié)論:4組全瓷底冠對變色基底都有較好遮色性,但各組底冠明度、彩度不一致。燒結(jié)體瓷后顏色有差異的組別減少,各組與目標(biāo)色片差別在臨床可接受范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the chromaticity parameters CIE L*a*b* value of 4 kinds of all ceramic crowns on the surface of ND8 base surface with spectrophotometric colorimeter and the color difference between the target color and the target color. Method: making ND8 color base preparation, wearing Procera alumina, Procera zirconium oxide, Lava zirconium oxide, IPS E.max high opaque die-casting ceramic bottom crown and spectrophotometer pair The base crown of group.4 of neck, body and cut end color test was worn into the base after sintering A2 body porcelain and the thickness of the total porcelain layer was controlled 1.5mm. The spectrophotometer was used to measure color with the same method. The data was analyzed by single factor analysis of variance, Bonferroni test and P value were compared with the Vitapan colorimetric plate A2 body porcelain color tablets. The results showed that the 4 groups of bottom crowns all increased the L* value of the base teeth and reduced the color degree. A*, b* value, L*, a*, b* in most groups were statistically different. After sintered porcelain, L* decreased slightly, a*, b* increased obviously. The color difference between each part and A2 decreased significantly (1.45. 3.70). Conclusion: the 4 groups of all ceramic bottom crowns have better shade on the discoloured base. The difference between each group and target color patch is in clinical acceptable range.
