糖尿病型牙周炎牙齦組織中炎癥因子表達(dá)及與細(xì)胞凋亡關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:探討糖尿病型牙周炎(diabetes associated periodontitis,DAP)牙齦組織中凋亡細(xì)胞發(fā)生及與IL-1β和TNFα表達(dá)的關(guān)系。方法:納入DAP患者和健康齦(H)受試者各20例,用HE染色和Tunnel法觀察牙齦細(xì)胞凋亡,透射電鏡觀察凋亡細(xì)胞超微結(jié)構(gòu);用免疫組化(IHC)檢測(cè)牙齦組織炎癥因子IL-1β和TNFα表達(dá)。結(jié)果:DAP組牙齦上皮棘細(xì)胞層和基底細(xì)胞層見明顯細(xì)胞凋亡,固有層凋亡細(xì)胞較少;DAP組牙齦上皮棘細(xì)胞和基底細(xì)胞凋亡百分率高于H組(P0.01);IHC染色發(fā)現(xiàn)DAP組IL-1β和TNFα表達(dá)明顯高于H組,主要陽性表達(dá)細(xì)胞為巨噬細(xì)胞、漿細(xì)胞和淋巴細(xì)胞。結(jié)論:DAP患者牙齦組織中IL-1β和TNFα在細(xì)胞凋亡中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the expression of IL-1 尾 and TNF- 偽 in gingival tissues of diabetic periodontitis associated. Methods: the apoptosis of gingival cells was observed by HE staining and tunnel method, and the ultrastructure of apoptotic cells was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the expression of IL-1 尾 and TNF 偽 in gingival tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Results the apoptotic percentage of gingival epithelial spinous cells and basal cell layers in the control group was higher than that in the H group (P 0.01). The expression of IL-1 尾 and TNF 偽 in DAP group was significantly higher than that in H group. The main positive cells were macrophages, plasma cells and lymphocytes.
