【摘要】：口腔頜面部肉芽腫性疾病是一組病因不同,但以肉芽腫性炎癥和肉芽腫形成為共同病理特征的頜面部疾病的總稱,該病發(fā)病機(jī)制目前仍不清楚,其診斷復(fù)雜,在治療上也存在很大差別。本文將從病因、診斷、治療等方面,對(duì)口腔、頜面部發(fā)生的肉芽腫性疾病進(jìn)行歸納。
[Abstract]:Oral and maxillofacial granulomatous disease is a group of different etiology, but the common pathological characteristics of granulomatous inflammation and granulomatous disease are maxillofacial diseases. The pathogenesis of the disease is still unclear and its diagnosis is complicated. There are also significant differences in treatment. The causes, diagnosis and treatment of granulomatous diseases in oral and maxillofacial regions are summarized.
