20例髁突肥大軟骨的組織學(xué)研究

【摘要】:目的對20例髁突肥大(CH)病例標本組織學(xué)觀察,總結(jié)疾病特點。方法收集2006年1月至2007年8月接受手術(shù)治療,經(jīng)組織學(xué)確診的20例CH標本,行標本切片、脫水、染色,常規(guī)鏡下觀察,測量軟骨厚度,采用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行單因素方差分析。結(jié)果 CH軟骨均有不同程度增厚,主要為軟骨細胞層;年齡與組織學(xué)類型間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),與軟骨厚度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.680,P=0.01);SlootwegⅢ型的未分化間充質(zhì)層和肥大軟骨層厚度顯著增厚,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);發(fā)病時間1年組和1~5年組的過渡層厚度比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CH以肥大軟骨層增厚最明顯,軟骨厚度與年齡以及疾病發(fā)展階段有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the histology of 20 cases of condylar hypertrophy and to summarize the characteristics of the disease. Methods from January 2006 to August 2007, 20 cases of Ch specimens confirmed by histology were collected. The specimens were sliced, dehydrated, stained, observed under conventional microscope, and the thickness of cartilage was measured. The single factor ANOVA was performed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.
