【摘要】：目的:評價奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑治療嬰幼兒淺齲的療效。方法:納入患兒110名共410顆淺齲牙,分為3組。其中A組采用奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑,B組采用普通含氟牙膏,C組采用普通不含氟牙膏。測量治療前、治療2、4、6周及6個月后淺齲的激光熒光值,并對治療前后激光熒光值進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:治療2周后,A組、B組、C組3組患牙治療前后比較差異沒有顯著性(P0.05)。4周后A組熒光值下降(P0.01),A組熒光值低于B組和C組(P0.05),B組與C組差異無顯著性(P0.05)。6周和6月后,A組熒光值均低于B組和C組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:奧敏清牙齒脫敏劑治療嬰幼兒牙淺齲有較好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer in the treatment of infantile shallow caries. Methods: 110 children with shallow caries were divided into 3 groups. Group A was treated with Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer and group B was treated with normal fluoride toothpaste and group C was treated with normal fluoride free toothpaste. The laser fluorescence values of shallow caries were measured before and after treatment for 4 weeks and 6 months, and the laser fluorescence values were compared before and after treatment. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between group A and group B before and after treatment. There was no significant difference between group A and group C before and after treatment. The fluorescence value of group A was lower than that of group B and group C (P 0.01). There was no significant difference between group B and group C (P 0.05.6 weeks and 6 months later). The fluorescence value of group A was lower than that of group B and group C (P 0.01). Conclusion: Aomin Qing tooth desensitizer is effective in the treatment of infantile superficial caries.
