【摘要】：目的分析巨噬細(xì)胞移動(dòng)抑制因子(MIF)、富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cyr61)和凋亡抑制蛋白(Livin)在人牙齦癌中的表達(dá)及臨床意義。方法收集牙齦癌蠟塊標(biāo)本35例(高分化15例,中分化12例,低分化8例),正常牙齦組織15例。采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)石蠟標(biāo)本MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白。結(jié)果經(jīng)單因素方差分析,4種標(biāo)本類型MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白表達(dá)水平比較差異顯著(P0.05);且高分化、中分化及低分化牙齦組織MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白水平均高于正常牙齦組織(P0.05);牙齦癌組織MIF、Cyr61、Livin蛋白陽性率均高于正常牙齦組織(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MIF、Cyr61和Livin在人牙齦癌中高表達(dá),且陽性檢出率較高,可為牙齦癌治療及預(yù)后提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), cysteine-rich protein (61) and apoptosis inhibitor protein (Livin) in human gingival carcinoma. Methods 35 cases (15 cases of high differentiation, 12 cases of middle differentiation, 8 cases of low differentiation) and 15 cases of normal gingival tissue were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect MIFU Cyr61 Livin protein in paraffin specimens. Results there were significant differences in the expression level of MIFG Cyr61 Livin protein among the four specimens by univariate analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the expression level of MIFG Cyr61 Livin protein was significantly different from that of P0.05, and was highly differentiated. The expression of MIFU Cyr61 Livin protein in moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated gingival tissues was higher than that in normal gingival tissues (P 0.05), and the positive rate of MIF Cyr61 livin protein in gingival cancer tissues was higher than that in normal gingival tissues. Conclusion MIF Cyr61 and Livin are highly expressed in human gingival carcinoma, and the positive rate is high, which can provide guidance for the treatment and prognosis of gingival cancer.
