【摘要】：模式識別受體(PRR)是宿主抵抗病原微生物的感應器,可識別一種或多種病原體相關分子模式(PAMP),可及時向下游通路轉(zhuǎn)導信號,引發(fā)先天性免疫反應。PAMP包括脂多糖(LPS)、脂磷壁酸、肽聚糖和甘露糖等。不同的PAMP可被不同的Toll樣受體(TLR)識別或組合識別,然后通過一系列蛋白質(zhì)級聯(lián)反應激活細胞因子,從而有效地活化天然免疫系統(tǒng)。PAMP作用于TLR后,可促進炎性細胞因子的合成與釋放;誘導一氧化氮依賴性殺菌活性和呼吸爆發(fā);介導由細菌脂蛋白引起的人單核細胞系和表達TLR2的上皮細胞系程序性細胞死亡;LPS通過作用于TLR4促進樹突細胞成熟,誘導TLR2的合成與表達,進而分泌白細胞介素-6等細胞因子。對TLR的研究將有助于認識慢性牙周病并為其治療提供新的方法,故本文就牙齦上皮表面的PRR和牙周致病菌表面的PAMP及其在牙周病中的防御作用等研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:The pattern recognition receptor (PRR) is the host resistant to pathogenic microorganism, which recognizes one or more pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMP), which can transmit signals to the downstream pathway in time, triggering the congenital immune response.PAMP including lipopolysaccharide (LPS), lipophosphoric acid, peptide and mannose. Different PAMP can be different Toll like receptor (TLR). Identification or combination recognition, then activating cytokine through a series of protein cascade reactions, effectively activates the action of the natural immune system.PAMP to TLR, promotes the synthesis and release of inflammatory cytokines, induces nitric oxide dependent bactericidal activity and respiratory burst, mediates human mononuclear cell lines caused by bacterial lipoprotein and The epithelial cells expressing TLR2 are programmed cell death; LPS promotes the maturation of dendritic cells by acting on TLR4, induces the synthesis and expression of TLR2, and then secretes cytokines such as interleukin -6. The study of TLR will help to understand the chronic periodontitis and provide a new method for its treatment. Therefore, this article is about the PRR and periodontitis on the surface of the gingival epithelium. The research progress of PAMP on the surface of pathogenic bacteria and its defense function in periodontal disease are reviewed.
