【摘要】：目的:比較3種根管封閉劑根充后的根尖封閉效能,為臨床工作中選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)母芊忾]劑減少微滲漏提供實驗依據(jù)。方法:收集單根管恒牙40顆,采用Crown-Down技術(shù)根管預(yù)備至F3號后隨機分為3個實驗組即:A組(iRoot SP)、B組(AH-Plus)、C組(RoekoSeal)分別配伍連續(xù)波熱牙膠垂直加壓技術(shù)充填根管;一個對照組:D組(空白組)不使用根充糊劑僅熱牙膠充填根管(每組10顆)。根管充填后待糊劑完全固化,使用印度墨汁行微滲漏染色實驗、3%硝酸脫礦、不同濃度乙醇梯度脫水、制成透明牙后在體視顯微鏡下觀察并記錄染料滲入根尖部的長度。掃描電鏡下觀察根充材料與根尖區(qū)根管牙本質(zhì)內(nèi)壁間的密合程度。結(jié)果:4組間根尖部微滲漏的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩兩比較后發(fā)現(xiàn)A組染料的滲入長度小于B、C、D組,且與B、C、D組間的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);B組染料的滲入長度大于C組,且差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。掃描電鏡顯示:iRoot SP組充填材料與根尖區(qū)根管牙本質(zhì)內(nèi)壁間的密合程度最好。結(jié)論:在本體外實驗條件下提示新型根管封閉劑iRoot SP能夠有效減少根尖微滲漏的產(chǎn)生,具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the apical sealing efficacy of three root canal sealants after root filling, and to provide experimental evidence for selecting appropriate root canal sealant to reduce microleakage in clinical work. Methods: 40 permanent teeth of single root canal were collected. After the root canal was prepared to F3 by Crown-Down technique, they were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups: group A (group A) and group B (group B). Roeko Sealal (group C) combined with continuous wave hot gum vertical compression technique was used to fill the root canal. A control group: control group D (blank group) did not use root filling paste only hot gum filling root canal (10 in each group). After filling the root canal, the paste was cured completely. The 3% nitric acid demineralization and ethanol gradient dehydration were carried out by using Indian ink. The length of dye infiltrating into the root tip was observed and recorded under the stereoscopic microscope. The density between the root filling material and the inner wall of root canal dentin was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results there was significant difference in microleakage of root tip between two groups (P 0.05). It was found that the penetration length of dye in group A was smaller than that in group B, and that in group B was higher than that in group C (P 0.05), and that in group B was higher than that in group B (P < 0.05), and that in group B was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05), and that in group B was higher than that in group B (P < 0.05). The difference was not statistically significant. Scanning electron microscope showed that the tightness between the filling material and the root canal inner wall of root canal was the best in the W iRoot SP group. Conclusion: it is suggested that the new root canal sealant iRoot SP can effectively reduce the microleakage of root tip under the condition of external experiment, and it has certain clinical application value.
