【摘要】：目的:探討A-NK細(xì)胞治療裸鼠舌鱗癌移植瘤的效果。方法:分離培養(yǎng)人A-NK細(xì)胞;建立舌鱗癌Tca8113-Tb細(xì)胞皮下移植瘤模型,隨機(jī)分為2組(n=7)對(duì)照組裸鼠瘤旁注射生理鹽水,實(shí)驗(yàn)組裸鼠瘤旁注射A-NK細(xì)胞,觀察33 d后,處死裸鼠,剝離移植瘤,稱瘤重,繪制腫瘤生長(zhǎng)曲線。結(jié)果:治療15~33 d時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)組腫瘤體積均小于對(duì)照組(P0.05),觀察33 d后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組瘤重(g)分別是為0.96±0.38和3.74±1.22(P0.05)。結(jié)論:A-NK細(xì)胞在裸鼠體內(nèi)具有抗腫瘤效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of A-NK cells on transplanted tumor of tongue squamous cell carcinoma in nude mice. Methods: human A-NK cells were isolated and cultured, and the model of subcutaneous transplantation of Tca8113-Tb cells from tongue squamous cell carcinoma was established. The model was randomly divided into 2 groups: control group was injected with normal saline next to the tumor, the experimental group was injected with A-NK cells beside the tumor, and the nude mice were killed after 33 days of observation. Peel the transplanted tumor, weigh the tumor, and draw the tumor growth curve. Results: the tumor volume of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group at 15: 33 days. After 33 days, the tumor weight of the experimental group and the control group were 0.96 鹵0.38 and 3.74 鹵1.22 P0.05g, respectively. Conclusion in nude mice, the fraction A-NK cells have anti-tumor effect.
