【摘要】：目的:利用CBCT、3D打印技術(shù)等設(shè)計(jì)制作新型口腔種植導(dǎo)板和種植手機(jī)引導(dǎo)裝置,應(yīng)用于臨床并對其進(jìn)行精度評價(jià)。方法:利用Mimics、Simplant等軟件設(shè)計(jì)制造種植外科導(dǎo)板,分為套筒引導(dǎo)(A組)和種植手機(jī)引導(dǎo)(B組)行種植手術(shù)。分析虛擬與實(shí)際植體的偏差,比較2組的精確度是否有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)果:15例患者的92枚植體,A組44枚和B組48枚,測量虛擬與實(shí)際植體在頸部、頂部、深度、角度偏離值:(0.82±0.47)mm,(0.97±0.52)mm,(0.81±0.42)mm,(7.89±4.24)°。兩獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),雙側(cè)α=0.05,得到A組和B組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,不認(rèn)為兩者的偏離值的總體均數(shù)不相等。結(jié)論:套筒引導(dǎo)和種植手機(jī)引導(dǎo)精確度基本無差別,兩者的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用具有較高的精確性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to design and manufacture a new type of dental implant guide plate and implant mobile phone guide device by using CBCTT 3D printing technology, and to evaluate the accuracy of the device. Methods: the implants were designed and manufactured by MimicsSimplant and were divided into two groups: group A (guided by sleeve) and group B (guided by mobile phone). The deviation between virtual and actual implants was analyzed and the accuracy of the two groups was compared. Results 92 implants in group A (n = 15) and group B (n = 48) were measured at neck, top, depth, angle deviation of 0.97 鹵0.52 鹵0.42 鹵0.42 鹵7.89 鹵4.24 擄. T test of two independent samples showed that there was no significant difference between group A and group B, and the total mean of deviation between group A and group B was not equal. Conclusion: there is no difference in guiding accuracy between sleeve guide and implant mobile phone.
