【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)聯(lián)合使用Pathfile和Mtwo預(yù)備彎曲根管的臨床效果。方法選擇2013年12月至2014年2月期間因牙髓炎或根尖周炎需進(jìn)行根管治療的90顆患牙,313個(gè)根管,隨機(jī)分為3組。A組聯(lián)合使用Pathfile和Mtwo鎳鈦銼進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,B組聯(lián)合使用Pathfile和ProTaper進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備,C組單獨(dú)使用ProTaper進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備。3組均采用熱牙膠連續(xù)波垂直加壓充填。記錄3組在根管預(yù)備時(shí)間、器械分離數(shù)、根尖偏移和充填效果方面的差異。結(jié)果 A組預(yù)備時(shí)間最短,為(6.01±1.12)min,未見器械分離和根尖偏移,恰填率高。與B組及C組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 Pathfile和Mtwo聯(lián)合應(yīng)用于預(yù)備彎曲根管快速安全,根管充填效果佳,適合臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effects of combined use of Pathfile and Mtwo for the preparation of curved root canals. Methods 90 teeth and 313 root canals which needed root canal therapy for pulpitis or periapical periodontitis from December 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into 3 groups of.A groups combined with Pathfile and Mtwo nickel titanium files for root canal preparation, and group B combined with Pathfile and Pro. Taper was used for root canal preparation, group C was used separately for root canal preparation in group.3, and group.3 was filled with hot tooth glue continuous wave. The difference between the 3 groups in the preparation time of root canal, the number of apparatus, the excursion of root tip and the effect of filling were recorded. Results the preparation time of the A group was the shortest, which was (6.01 + 1.12) min, and no instrument separation and root excursion was found. Compared with group B and group C, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the combined application of Pathfile and Mtwo to the preparatory curved root canal is fast and safe, and the root canal filling effect is good. It is suitable for clinical application.
