【摘要】：目的分析牙冠延長術(shù)中牙根暴露量對患牙遠(yuǎn)期療效的影響。方法選取2010年8月至2012年10月于遵義醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬口腔醫(yī)院接受牙冠延長術(shù)的110例患者,共142顆患牙,其中前牙66顆,前磨牙46顆,磨牙30顆。將所有患牙分為觀察組與對照組,兩組前牙、前磨牙、磨牙3個牙位的患牙均為33顆、23顆及15顆。觀察組術(shù)中的牙根暴露量為3mm,對照組為4mm,比較兩組術(shù)后的臨床療效。結(jié)果對照組術(shù)后3個月的前牙松動度要明顯高于觀察組(P0.05);兩組其余患牙手術(shù)前后松動度比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組術(shù)后3個月前牙、前磨牙及磨牙的出血指數(shù)要明顯高于對照組(P0.05);兩組其余時間患牙的出血指數(shù)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組與對照組所有患牙手術(shù)后牙周袋深度及附著喪失比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 3mm與4mm的牙根暴露量均能夠在牙冠延長術(shù)中獲得良好的臨床療效,但從美觀的角度出發(fā),前牙的牙根暴露量應(yīng)取3mm。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of root exposure on tooth root exposure on the long-term effect of the affected teeth. Methods from August 2010 to October 2012, 110 patients with 142 teeth, including 66 anterior teeth, 46 premolars and 30 molars, were selected from the Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Zunyi Medical College. The teeth were divided into the observation group and the control group, and the two groups were divided into the observation group and the control group. The teeth of the anterior teeth, the premolar and the molar of the 3 teeth were all 33, 23 and 15. The root exposure in the observation group was 3mm, the control group was 4mm, and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results the anterior teeth looseness of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P0.05) after 3 months of operation; the difference of the looseness of the other two groups before and after the operation was not statistically significant. The bleeding index of the teeth, premolar and molar in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05) 3 months after the operation (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the bleeding index between the other groups at the rest of the time (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group after the operation of the periodontal pocket and the loss of attachment (P0.05). Conclusion the root exposure of 3mm and 4mm can achieve good clinical effect in the crown lengthening, but from a beautiful point of view, the exposure of the root of the anterior teeth should be 3mm.
