高氟飲水對(duì)延安市延川縣農(nóng)村學(xué)齡兒童氟斑牙患病的影響

【摘要】:目的探析高氟飲水對(duì)延安市延川縣農(nóng)村學(xué)齡兒童氟斑牙患病的影響情況。方法選擇延安市延川縣的3個(gè)自然村作為調(diào)查地點(diǎn),在每個(gè)村選擇4戶(hù)人間采集水樣本,共12份水樣本,將《生活飲用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)方法》作為基本依據(jù),對(duì)水樣本的硬度、氟化物以及pH值進(jìn)行測(cè)定。同時(shí),選擇3個(gè)自然村共90例學(xué)齡兒童作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)Dean法對(duì)氟斑牙進(jìn)行診斷,對(duì)并氟斑牙檢出率進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析研究結(jié)果。結(jié)果本次研究的12份水樣本的硬度、氟化物以及pH值分別為495.00mg/L、1.25mg/L以及7.02;本組的90例學(xué)齡兒童中,共檢出57例氟斑牙,檢出率為63.33%;經(jīng)Logistic分析結(jié)果顯示,農(nóng)村學(xué)齡兒童發(fā)生氟斑牙與營(yíng)養(yǎng)知識(shí)得分、父母文化程度、食用食物種類(lèi)少、飲水氟含量高以及家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)有關(guān)。結(jié)論延安市延川縣農(nóng)村學(xué)齡兒童的氟斑牙患病率較高,其發(fā)病與諸多因素有關(guān),其中飲水氟含量高是比較重要的一個(gè)因素,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)水質(zhì)管理,開(kāi)展健康教育,從而降低兒童氟斑牙患病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of high fluoride drinking water on dental fluorosis in rural school children in Yanchuan County, Yan'an City. Methods three natural villages in Yanchuan County of Yan'an City were selected as the investigation sites. Water samples were collected from 4 households in each village, and 12 water samples were collected. The standard test method for drinking water was taken as the basic basis, and the hardness of the water samples was evaluated. Fluoride and pH were determined. At the same time, 90 children of school age in 3 natural villages were selected as the research objects. The dental fluorosis was diagnosed by Dean method, and the detection rate of the dental fluorosis was calculated, and the results were analyzed. Results the hardness, fluoride and pH values of 12 water samples were 495.00 mg / L 1.25 mg / L and 7.02, respectively. A total of 57 cases of dental fluorosis were detected in 90 school-age children, the detection rate was 63.33%. The prevalence of dental fluorosis in rural school children was related to their knowledge of nutrition, their parents' education level, their food types, their drinking water and their family economy. Conclusion the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis in rural school children in Yanchuan County of Yan'an City is high. The incidence of dental fluorosis is related to many factors, among which high fluoride content in drinking water is an important factor. Therefore, water quality management should be strengthened and health education should be carried out. So as to reduce the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children.
