三種酸蝕方法及兩種封閉材料對窩溝封閉的邊緣微滲漏影響

【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在觀察使用窩溝封閉劑及3M納米復(fù)合流體樹脂進(jìn)行窩溝封閉時(shí),不同的酸蝕方法對邊緣微滲漏的影響。方法:1應(yīng)用窩溝封閉技術(shù)將正畸減數(shù)拔牙的新鮮拔除的48顆上頜雙尖牙,每組8顆,隨機(jī)分為六組,即:第1組:35%Gluma磷酸酸蝕劑+3M窩溝封閉劑組;第2組:35%Gluma磷酸酸蝕劑+3M納米復(fù)合流體樹脂組;第3組:S3BONDTM第七代自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑+3M窩溝封閉劑組;第4組:S3BONDTM第七代自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑+3M納米復(fù)合流體樹脂組;第5組:15%Hcl凝膠+3M窩溝封閉劑組;第6組:15%Hcl凝膠+3M納米復(fù)合流體樹脂組。并將六組標(biāo)本行窩溝封閉術(shù)。2應(yīng)用熱循環(huán)處理六組標(biāo)本,六組標(biāo)本均置于37℃恒溫水浴中24h,再將標(biāo)本分別浸入5℃、55℃水浴中進(jìn)行500次的循環(huán)周期,每個(gè)溫度停留30s。3各組隨機(jī)選取的6個(gè)標(biāo)本應(yīng)用亞甲藍(lán)染色法,用體視顯微鏡分別觀察六組標(biāo)本的微滲漏情況。4各組余下的2個(gè)標(biāo)本用掃描電鏡分別觀察六組標(biāo)本的邊緣密閉性。結(jié)果:1微滲漏情況1.1使用窩溝封閉劑的標(biāo)本中,各組微滲漏情況:1組低于3組,5組低于3組,其差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);5組低于1組,但兩組間無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。1.2使用流體樹脂的標(biāo)本中,各組微滲漏情況:6組低于2組,2組低于4組,其差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。1.3使用35%磷酸Gluma磷酸凝膠酸蝕后,1、2組間微滲漏情況相近,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);使用S3BONDTM第七代自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑酸蝕后,3組低于4組,其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);使用15%Hcl凝膠酸蝕后,6組低于5組,其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。1.4使用不同酸蝕方法和不同封閉材料的標(biāo)本間交叉比較,各組微滲漏情況:1組低于4組,6組低于1組,2組低于3組,5組低于2組,6組低于3組,5組低于4組,其差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。2掃描電鏡觀察2.1低倍鏡下(×40)觀察標(biāo)本全貌:1組窩溝封閉劑有少量微空泡,完全滲入到了窩溝底部,與牙釉質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合面連續(xù)有裂紋。高倍鏡下(×1000)觀察測量結(jié)果:1組窩溝封閉劑與牙釉質(zhì)之間結(jié)合面微縫隙寬度約為6.25~15μm。2.2低倍鏡下(×40)觀察標(biāo)本全貌:2組流體樹脂不甚均勻,完全滲入到了窩溝底部,與牙釉質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合面連續(xù)無裂紋,接近溝底部有一裂紋,窩溝封閉劑與牙釉質(zhì)完全結(jié)合在一起。高倍鏡下(×1000)觀察測量結(jié)果:2組流體樹脂與牙釉質(zhì)之間結(jié)合面微縫隙寬度約為3.15~20.25μm。2.3低倍鏡下(×40)觀察標(biāo)本全貌:3組窩溝封閉劑在完全滲入到了窩溝底部,與牙釉質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合面連續(xù)有裂紋。高倍鏡下(×1000)觀察測量結(jié)果:3組窩溝封閉劑與牙釉質(zhì)之間結(jié)合面微縫隙寬度約為2.1~20.25μm。2.4低倍鏡下(×40)觀察標(biāo)本全貌:4組流體樹脂均勻、完整、無空泡,未滲入到了窩溝底部,與牙釉質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合面有一連續(xù)裂溝。高倍鏡下(×1000)觀察測量結(jié)果:4組流體樹脂與牙釉質(zhì)之間結(jié)合面微縫隙寬度約為12.5~75μm。2.5低倍鏡下(×40)觀察標(biāo)本全貌:5窩溝封閉劑均勻、完整、無空泡,完全滲入到了窩溝底部,與牙釉質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合面有少量細(xì)小裂紋。高倍鏡下(×1000)觀察測量結(jié)果:5組窩溝封閉劑與牙釉質(zhì)之間結(jié)合面微縫隙寬度約為2.1~4.5μm。2.6低倍鏡下(×40)觀察標(biāo)本全貌:6組流體樹脂均勻、完整,與牙釉質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合面連續(xù)無裂紋,窩溝封閉劑與牙釉質(zhì)完全結(jié)合在一起。高倍鏡下(×1000)觀察測量結(jié)果:6組流體樹脂與牙釉質(zhì)之間結(jié)合面微縫隙寬度約為0.25~4.5μm。結(jié)論:1 15%鹽酸凝膠預(yù)處理后,3M納米復(fù)合流體樹脂行窩溝封閉的邊緣微滲漏最小。2 S3BONDTM第七代自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑預(yù)處理后,3M納米復(fù)合流體樹脂行窩溝封閉邊緣微滲漏情況最顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to observe the effect of different etching methods on marginal microleakage when using fissure sealants and 3M nanocomposite fluid resin for pit and fissure sealing. 1 the 48 maxillary canines extracted by orthodontic extraction were divided into six groups randomly, that is, the first group: the first group: 35%Gluma phosphoric acid. Acid etching agent +3M pit sealant group; second group: 35%Gluma phosphate acid etching agent +3M nanocomposite fluid resin group; third groups: S3BONDTM seventh generation self etching binder +3M pit sealant group; fourth group: S3BONDTM seventh generation self etching binder +3M nanocomposite fluid resin group; fifth group: 15%Hcl gel +3M pit sealant group; sixth group: 15%Hcl gel +3M. The six groups of specimens were treated with six groups of six groups of specimens. The six groups were placed at 37 C in constant temperature water bath for 24h, and then the specimens were immersed in 5 centigrade and 500 cycles in 55 centigrade water bath, and 6 specimens randomly selected at each temperature 30s.3 were used with methylene blue staining method. The measurement results were observed under the high magnification (x 1000): 3 sets of fossa The width of the gap between the trench sealant and the enamel was about 2.1~20.25 mu m.2.4 low magnification (x 40).
