【摘要】：目的:了解南寧市盲聾啞學校學生齲病、牙周疾病、錯牙合畸形及口腔保健知識和行為知曉情況。方法:按照WHO口腔健康調(diào)查方法,對南寧市盲聾啞學校217名學生進行口腔健康普查和問卷調(diào)查,根據(jù)性別、年齡和殘疾類型進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:217名殘障學生不刷牙者占10.19%,口腔保健知識和行為知曉率達到"好"者4.15%;總患齲率65.44%,充填率9.22%,窩溝封閉率0.00%,其中8~12歲和13~26歲組患齲率分別為70.21%和64.71%(P0.005);齲均分別為3.62±3.37和2.24±2.62(P0.005);齲均男女無顯著差異(P=0.416),8~12歲者高于12~26歲者,智障學生高于盲、聾啞學生(P=0.03、P=0.015);牙齦出血檢出率23.5%,牙石檢出率65.4%,13~26歲高于8~12歲(P=0.001),但無性別、殘疾類型差異(P=0.071、P=0.897);錯牙合畸形檢出率69.10%,無性別、年齡、殘疾類型差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:南寧市盲聾啞學校學生口腔健康狀況差,口腔保健知識和行為知曉率低,急需針對這一特殊群體的口腔保健項目。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the knowledge and knowledge of dental caries, periodontal disease, malocclusion and oral health care in Nanning blind deaf mute school. Methods: according to the WHO oral health survey method, the oral health survey and questionnaire survey were conducted on 217 students in Nanning blind deaf mute school, and the statistical analysis was made according to the sex, age and type of disability. Results: 10.19% of the 217 disabled students did not brush their teeth, and the knowledge and behavior awareness rate of oral health care reached 4.15%, the total caries rate was 65.44%, the filling rate was 9.22%, and the pit and fissure closed rate was 0%. The caries rate in 8~12 and 13~26 years was 70.21% and 64.71% (P0.005), and the caries was 3.62 + 3.37 and 2.24 + 2.62 (P0.005), and there was no significant difference between the caries and the caries (P0.005). P=0.416), the 8~12 year old was higher than the 12~26 year old, the mentally retarded student was higher than the blind, the deaf and Dumb Students (P=0.03, P=0.015); the rate of gingival bleeding was 23.5%, the rate of dental stone detection was 65.4%, 13~26 years old was higher than that of 8~12 (P=0.001), but there was no sex, the difference of disability type (P=0.071, P=0.897), the rate of malocclusion was 69.10%, no sex, age, and type of disability (P0.05). Students in Nanning blind deaf mute school have poor oral health status, low awareness of oral health knowledge and behavior, and urgently need oral health care for this particular group.
