【摘要】：目的:研究不同濃度磷酸酸蝕對氟斑牙釉質微拉伸粘接強度的影響。方法:實驗分為4組,對照組30顆正常牙,實驗組90顆氟斑牙按照TFI評分分為3組:輕度氟斑牙組、中度氟斑牙組和重度氟斑牙組。每組牙再分為3個亞組,分別采用35%、40%和45%磷酸酸蝕。進行微拉伸粘接強度測試,掃描電鏡觀察牙釉質粘接界面,光學顯微鏡觀察斷裂模式。結果:氟斑牙粘接強度相比對照組降低(P0.05),氟斑牙在不同濃度磷酸酸蝕下粘接強度有顯性差異(P0.05),40%酸濃度時粘接強度最大,對照組在45%酸濃度下粘接強度最小。結論:氟斑牙的粘接強度低于正常牙;對于氟斑牙采取不同濃度酸蝕劑會改變其全酸蝕粘接強度,但酸濃度過高反而會導致粘接強度下降。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of phosphate etching at different concentrations on the microtensile bonding strength of fluorosis enamel. Methods: the experiment was divided into 4 groups, 30 normal teeth in the control group, 90 fluorosis teeth in the experimental group were divided into 3 groups according to TFI score: mild dental fluorosis group, moderate fluorosis tooth group and severe fluorosis tooth group. Each group was subdivided into 3 subgroups, with 35% and 45% phosphate etching, respectively. The bonding strength of enamel was measured by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the fracture mode of enamel was observed by optical microscope. Results: compared with the control group, the adhesive strength of dental fluorosis was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The adhesive strength of fluorosis teeth was the highest when the concentration of P0.05% acid was 40%, and that of the control group was the lowest at the concentration of 45% acid. Conclusion: the adhesive strength of fluorosis teeth is lower than that of normal teeth.
