【摘要】：目的通過共振頻率分析儀測量種植體的穩(wěn)定系數(shù)(ISQ),以明確生骨片對后牙區(qū)種植體骨結(jié)合狀況的影響。方法選取48例患者共101顆DENTIUM種植體作為研究對象,其中對照組24例患者(50顆種植體)按種植術(shù)后常規(guī)處理;余24例患者(51顆種植體)作為處理組,在種植術(shù)后常規(guī)處理的基礎(chǔ)上加服生骨片。于種植術(shù)后即刻,術(shù)后4、8、12周利用共振頻率分析儀測量ISQ值,將2組患者所測得的ISQ值進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果處理組上、下頜骨種植體于術(shù)后即刻、術(shù)后12周所測得的ISQ值與對照組相比,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后4、8周所測得的ISQ值優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。處理組和對照組下頜骨種植體于術(shù)后即刻,術(shù)后4、8和12周所測得的ISQ值優(yōu)于上頜骨種植體,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論種植術(shù)后早期服用生骨片,有助于加快種植體骨結(jié)合,提高術(shù)后4、8周種植體的ISQ值,進(jìn)而降低種植體-骨關(guān)鍵愈合階段的脫落風(fēng)險,保證種植術(shù)的成功率,提供臨床修復(fù)的時機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the stability coefficient of implants and to determine the effect of bone graft on the bone bonding of implants in posterior dental region by resonance frequency analyzer (RFA). Methods A total of 101 DENTIUM implants were selected from 48 patients. The control group (24 patients with 50 implants) was treated routinely after implantation, and the remaining 24 patients with 51 implants were treated as the treatment group. On the basis of routine treatment after implantation, we took raw bone slice. The ISQ values were measured by resonance frequency analyzer immediately after implantation and at 812 weeks after implantation. The ISQ values of the two groups were compared. Results in the treatment group, the ISQ values of mandibular implants were not significantly different from those of the control group immediately after operation and 12 weeks after operation, but the ISQ values measured at 4 and 8 weeks after operation were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). The ISQ values of mandibular implants in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the maxillary implants at 8 and 12 weeks after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion early use of bone graft after implantation is helpful to accelerate implant bone union, increase ISQ value of implant at 4 ~ 8 weeks after implantation, reduce the risk of exfoliation in the critical healing stage of implant-bone, and ensure the success rate of implant-bone implantation. Provides the opportunity for clinical repair.
