【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)烏魯木齊市不同級(jí)別醫(yī)院口腔科就診的可摘義齒佩戴者進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,了解烏魯木齊市可摘義齒佩戴者的義齒清潔現(xiàn)狀、對(duì)義齒清潔的認(rèn)知及義齒清潔教育的程度,并比較各因素對(duì)義齒清潔的影響。來(lái)改進(jìn)義齒清潔的教育內(nèi)容和方式,提高義齒佩戴者的義齒護(hù)理效果,改善義齒佩戴者的口腔健康。方法：通過(guò)隨機(jī)法對(duì)不同級(jí)別醫(yī)院口腔科就診的可摘義齒佩戴者選擇出240人,就其口腔衛(wèi)生狀況、義齒使用狀況、義齒清潔狀況等相關(guān)檢查,同時(shí)進(jìn)行口腔健康認(rèn)知、義齒清潔認(rèn)知等情況的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。獲取數(shù)據(jù)后運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)定的檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)為α=0.05。結(jié)果：本研究中烏魯木齊市醫(yī)院口腔科就診的義齒佩戴者的義齒清潔度,男女無(wú)顯著性差異；漢族要好于維吾爾族；年齡越大義齒清潔度越差。整體的口腔黏膜異常檢出率為21.9%,義齒性口炎的檢出率達(dá)11.2%,其中兩種檢出率男性低于女性；漢族和維吾爾族的無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差別；年齡越大黏膜異常檢出率越高。佩戴者對(duì)目前佩戴義齒的清潔程度能達(dá)到滿意或以上級(jí)別的有57.2%。在義齒存放的調(diào)查中僅有14.4%用義齒清潔片浸泡。義齒使用時(shí)間、義齒佩戴者年齡、吸煙、喝酒及喝茶是義齒清潔的危險(xiǎn)因素；而義齒佩戴者的教育程度越高,義齒清潔度越好。義齒佩戴者中90%以上只能接受每月100元以下的義齒清潔費(fèi)用。結(jié)論：烏魯木齊市可摘義齒佩戴者的義齒清潔狀況不良,口腔健康和義齒清潔度知識(shí)缺乏,需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)義齒佩戴者的相關(guān)口腔教育,普及義齒清潔的知識(shí),推廣義齒清潔劑的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the removable denture wearer in different grade hospitals of Urumqi, to understand the present situation of removable denture wearer in Urumqi, to understand the cognition of denture cleaning and the degree of denture cleaning education, to find out the present situation of removable denture wearer in Urumqi city, to understand the present situation of removable denture wearer in Urumqi. The effects of various factors on denture cleaning were compared. To improve the educational contents and methods of denture cleanliness, to improve the nursing effect of denture wearer, and to improve the oral health of denture wearer. Methods: 240 patients with removable dentures were selected by random method, and their oral health status, denture use status, denture cleanliness and so on were examined, and oral health cognition was carried out at the same time. Questionnaire survey of denture cleanliness. After obtaining the data, the data were analyzed by statistical method, and the test level was set as 偽 0. 05. Results: in this study, there was no significant difference between male and female in the cleanliness of denture wearers in Department of Stomatology, Urumqi Hospital, the Han nationality was better than the Uygur, and the older the denture cleanliness was, the worse the denture cleanliness was. The detection rate of oral mucosal abnormality was 21.9g and that of denture stomatitis was 11.22.The detection rate of male was lower than that of female; there was no statistical difference between Han nationality and Uygur nationality; the higher the age was, the higher the detection rate of mucosal abnormality was. The wearer is 57.2 percent satisfied with the cleanliness of the dentures. In the survey of denture storage, only 14. 4% were soaked with denture cleaning tablets. The age of denture wearer, smoking, drinking and drinking tea are the risk factors of denture cleanliness, and the higher the education level, the better the cleanliness of denture. More than 90% of denture wearers can only accept less than 100 yuan per month for denture cleaning. Conclusion: the clean condition of removable denture wearer in Urumqi is poor, and the knowledge of oral health and denture cleanliness is lacking. It is necessary to strengthen the oral education of denture wearer and popularize the knowledge of denture cleanness. To promote the use of denture cleaner.
