【摘要】：目的了解2010—2012年杭州市12歲年齡組兒童口腔健康行為狀況,為制定口腔衛(wèi)生決策提供信息支持。方法采用多階段分層整群抽樣的方法,抽取杭州市上城區(qū)共9所小學(xué),采用"第三次全國(guó)口腔健康流行病學(xué)抽樣調(diào)查方案"的檢查方法,于2010—2012年連續(xù)3 a對(duì)12歲年齡組兒童進(jìn)行口腔健康行為問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果每天攝入含糖食品和飲料的人數(shù)比例2012年(15.4%和18.1%)和2010年(12.8%和15.4%)相比呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)(P值均0.05)。每天2次以上的刷牙率和經(jīng)常使用牙線的比例從2010年的58.8%和1.8%提高到2012年的64.1%和2.7%,正確理解口腔保健知識(shí)的人數(shù)比例和接受來源于網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)校和口腔醫(yī)護(hù)人員口腔保健知識(shí)的人數(shù)比例升高(P值均0.05)。2012年46.2%兒童刷牙出血后采取注意刷牙的措施,94.6%的兒童認(rèn)為定期口腔檢查非常必要,均高于2010年(22.2%和87.8%)(P值均0.05)。超過90%的兒童在過去12個(gè)月看過牙醫(yī),且呈逐年上升趨勢(shì),定期接受口腔檢查的人數(shù)比例升高(2010年50.7%,2012年55.2%)(P0.05)。牙疼后采取不理會(huì)態(tài)度的兒童2012年比例下降到38.2%,而采取告知家人或教師的比例上升到49.1%,和2010年相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。2012年,45.5%的12歲年齡組兒童認(rèn)為牙齒對(duì)自己吃東西有影響;21.3%的兒童認(rèn)為牙齒對(duì)自尊有影響,高于2010年和2011年(P0.05)。結(jié)論從2010—2012年,杭州市12歲年齡組兒童口腔保健意識(shí)增強(qiáng)、行為明顯改善,兒童和家長(zhǎng)的口腔健康教育工作需進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the oral health behavior of children aged 12 in Hangzhou from 2010 to 2012, and to provide information support for making oral health decision. Methods the method of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was used to select 9 primary schools in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou. The method of "the third National sampling Survey of Oral Health Epidemiology" was used. Oral health behavior questionnaire was conducted in 12-year-old children for 3 consecutive years from 2010 to 2012. Results the percentage of daily intake of sugary foods and beverages in 2012 was 15.4% and 18.1%, respectively. Compared with that in 2010 (12.8% and 15.4%), there was a downward trend of P value of 0.05%. The rate of brushing more than 2 times a day and the rate of frequent flossing increased from 58.8% and 1.8% in 2010 to 64.1% and 2.7% in 2012. The proportion of people who correctly understand oral health knowledge and receive it comes from online schools and oral health care workers. In 2012, 46.2% of the children took measures to brush their teeth after bleeding, and 94.6% of the children thought that regular oral examinations were very necessary. Both were higher than those in 2010 (22. 2%) and 87. 8% (P = 0. 05). More than 90% of children have visited dentists in the past 12 months and have shown an upward trend year by year, and the proportion of people undergoing regular oral examinations has increased (50.7 in 2010, 55.2 in 2012). The proportion of children who took a blind attitude after toothache decreased to 38.2% in 2012, while the proportion of children who took notice of their families or teachers rose to 49.1%. The difference was statistically significant compared with 2010. In 2012, 45.5% of children aged 12 years thought they had teeth. 21.3% of children who had an effect on their own eating thought their teeth had an effect on self-esteem. It was higher than that in 2010 and 2011 (P 0.05). Conclusion from 2010 to 2012, the oral health awareness and behavior of children aged 12 in Hangzhou were enhanced, and the oral health education of children and parents needed to be further promoted.
