【摘要】：目的:探討不同處理方法對樹脂型封閉劑與根管壁結(jié)合效果的影響。方法:取64個離體單根管前磨牙,常規(guī)根管預(yù)備后隨機分為P1、P2、P3、E1、E2、E3(n=10)和C組(空白對照,n=4),P1~P3組分別用350 g/L磷酸液處理5、10、15 s,E1~E3組分別用170 g/L EDTA液處理30、60、90 s,C組用蒸餾水處理90 s。然后每個實驗組各隨機抽取8個樣本,空白對照組抽取2個樣本,沿頰舌向縱行劈開各牙根,掃描電鏡觀察根管壁玷污層去除情況并分級評估;剩余的14個樣本以LuxaCore-Dual作為根管封閉劑,采用單牙膠尖充填法進行根管充填,37℃下放置7 d后將各牙根橫截成頸、中、根尖3部分,掃描電鏡下觀察結(jié)合界面。結(jié)果:玷污層分值比較,P3組明顯低于P1、P2和C組(P0.05),E2、E3組明顯低于E1和C組(P0.05),P3、E2組和E3組無明顯差異(P0.05);根管上2/3均明顯低于根尖部(P0.05),而根頸部和根中部無顯著性差異(P0.05);充填后結(jié)合界面觀察顯示,P3、E2、E3組均形成密集的長樹脂突和均一的混合層,根頸部尤其明顯,E2、E3組要稍好于P3組,其他各組所形成的樹脂突均短而少,未見明顯的混合層。結(jié)論:經(jīng)170 g/L EDTA液處理達(dá)60 s后的根管壁與樹脂型封閉劑的結(jié)合效果最好,根尖部的結(jié)合效果較差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of different treatment methods on the binding effect of resin sealant to root canal wall. Methods: Sixty-four premolars from isolated canals were randomly divided into two groups: group P _ (1) (P _ (2) P _ (2) P _ (3) E _ (1) E _ (2) E _ (1) P _ (3) and group C (n = 350g / L) treated with phosphoric acid solution of 350g / L for 51015 s (E _ 1E _ (3) E _ (3) and treated with 170g / L EDTA solution respectively for 90 s (n = 90) and distilled water (n = 90). Then 8 samples were randomly selected from each experimental group, and 2 samples were taken from the blank control group, and each root was split along the buccal and lingual direction. The removal of the tarnished layer of the root canal wall was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and evaluated by grade.
