【摘要】：目的:探討改良松牙固定鈦鏈技術(shù)固定兒童上頜外傷松牙的臨床療效。方法:選取2013年1月至12月接受治療的34例牙外傷患兒為研究對(duì)象,觀察組給予改良松牙固定鈦鏈技術(shù)固定松牙,對(duì)照組給予弓絲托槽技術(shù)進(jìn)行治療,比較2組患兒的治療有效率、牙齦指數(shù)、舒適指數(shù)、樹脂脫落數(shù)及操作時(shí)間。結(jié)果:觀察組患兒治療有效率為94.1%(16/17),對(duì)照組為88.2%(15/17),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.060,P=0.472)。治療2周后,2組間牙齦指數(shù)無明顯差異(Z=0.658,P=0.084);治療4周后,觀察組患兒牙齦指數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組(Z=2.160,P=0.022)。觀察組患兒舒適指數(shù)、樹脂脫落數(shù)及操作時(shí)間分別為(3.96±1.27)、(0.11±0.15)、(8.68±1.18)min,對(duì)照組分別為(7.34±1.78)、(0.85±0.36)、(19.19±2.85)min,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=3.834、0.056、8.327,P均0.05)。結(jié)論:改良松牙固定鈦鏈技術(shù)用于固定兒童上頜外傷松動(dòng)前牙臨床療效可靠,且可減少患兒痛苦,降低牙齦指數(shù),減少樹脂脫落數(shù),縮短固定操作時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of modified titanium chain fixation for maxillary trauma in children. Methods: 34 children with dental trauma received treatment from January to December 2013 were selected as the study objects. The observation group was treated with modified titanium chain fixation of loose teeth and the control group was treated with arch wire bracket technique. The effective rate, gingival index, comfort index, resin loss and operation time were compared between the two groups. Results: the effective rate of treatment in observation group was 94.1 / 16 / 17, while that in control group was 88.2 / 15 / 17. The difference was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 0.060 / P ~ (0.472)). After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in gingival index between the two groups. After 4 weeks of treatment, the gingival index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The comfort index, resin exfoliation number and operating time were 3.96 鹵1.27, 0.11 鹵0.15, 8.68 鹵1.18 min in the observation group and 0.85 鹵0.36 鹵2.85 min in the control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the modified loose teeth fixation technique is effective and reliable in the treatment of children with maxillary trauma, and can reduce the pain, gingival index, resin loss and fixation operation time.
