【摘要】：目的探討巨噬細胞炎性蛋白-1α(macrophage inflammatory protein-1α,MIP-1α)在口腔鱗狀細胞癌(OSCC)患者血清中的表達及意義。方法收集29例健康人、21例經(jīng)病理證實為白斑的患者和60例OSCC患者的血清,用ELISA檢測MIP-1α的表達水平,分析其與臨床、病理參數(shù)的關系。結果白斑患者和OSCC患者血清中MIP-1α的水平分別為170.6(145.0,252.0)pg/m L和118.2(60.48,230.0)pg/m L,較健康人82.54(52.26,105.8)pg/m L顯著上升,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(U=53.0,P0.01;U=575.5,P=0.010 1)。TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期OSCC患者血清中MIP-1α水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P0.05),腫瘤直徑4 cm的患者血清中MIP-1α水平高于腫瘤直徑≤4 cm的患者(P0.05)。MIP-1α的表達與外周血中單核細胞比例呈正相關(P0.05),與外周血中性粒細胞比例呈負相關(P0.05)。結論 OSCC患者血清MIP-1α的表達升高,提示其可能在腫瘤發(fā)生、發(fā)展中發(fā)揮一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of macrophage inflammatory protein 1 偽 macrophage inflammatory protein-1 偽 MIP-1 偽 in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods the serum samples of 21 patients with leukoplakia confirmed by pathology and 60 patients with OSCC were collected from 29 healthy people. The expression of MIP-1 偽 was detected by ELISA, and the relationship between the expression of MIP-1 偽 and clinical and pathological parameters was analyzed.
