【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用錐形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)對維吾爾族上頜中切牙牙根直徑及根管管徑與年齡的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。方法:收集360例維吾爾族患者右上頜中切牙的CBCT影像資料,年齡15~74歲,以10歲為間隔分為6組,測量釉牙骨質(zhì)界距根尖3/4處的牙根直徑及根管管徑,對測量結(jié)果的性別差異及與年齡的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:牙根直徑:男性(6.14±0.348)mm,女性(5.89±0.396)mm;根管管徑:男性(1.51±0.344)mm,女性(1.25±0.316)mm;根管管徑與牙根直徑的比值:男性(0.25±0.059),女性(0.21±0.057),性別間的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。根管管徑與牙根直徑的比值和年齡具有負(fù)相關(guān)性(R=-0.659,P0.05)。結(jié)論:維吾爾族上頜中切牙根管管徑與年齡具有相關(guān)性,在性別間無明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between root diameter, root canal diameter and age of Uygur maxillary central incisor by conical bundle CT(cone-beam computed. Methods: the CBCT images of right maxillary central incisor were collected from 360 Uygur patients, aged 15 to 74 years, and divided into 6 groups at intervals of 10 years old. The root diameter and the root canal diameter of enamel cementum were measured at 3 / 4 from the apex of the enamel tooth. The sex difference and its correlation with age were analyzed. Results: the root diameter of male was 6.14 鹵0.348mm, that of female was 5.89 鹵0.396mm, the diameter of root canal was 1.51 鹵0.344mm for male and 1.25 鹵0.316mm for female, the ratio of root canal diameter to root diameter was 0.25 鹵0.059m for male and 0.21 鹵0.057m for female. There was a negative correlation between the ratio of root canal diameter and root diameter and age. Conclusion: the root canal diameter of Uygur maxillary central incisor is correlated with age, but there is no significant difference between sex.
