【摘要】：目的觀察氟斑牙青少年在固定矯治過程中菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、齦溝出血指數(shù)(SBI)和牙齦指數(shù)(GI)的變化及相關(guān)性。方法選50例青少年正畸患者,按照氟斑牙指數(shù)分為輕、中、重及對照組4組,于正畸治療的第3、6、9個月時對16、21、24、36、41、44,6個牙位進行牙周探診與菌斑視診,記錄PLI、SBI及GI值,采用SPSS13.0軟件對結(jié)果進行方差齊性檢驗及方差分析。結(jié)果在矯治3個月時,重度氟斑牙組的SBI值高于其余各組(P0.05),在矯治6個月時,4組的PLI、SBI及GI值均有差異(P0.01),在矯治9個月時重度氟斑牙的GI及SBI值顯著高于其余各組(P0.01)。結(jié)論氟斑牙可抑制矯治過程中菌斑的沉積,但可促進牙齦炎的發(fā)生,在矯治的早期,重度氟斑牙患者可出現(xiàn)牙齦炎。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of plaque index (PLI), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and gingival index (GI) during fixation and correction of dental fluorosis. Methods Fifty adolescent orthodontic patients were divided into 4 groups according to the dental fluorosis index: light, moderate, severe and control groups. At the 3rd day of orthodontic treatment, at 9 months after treatment, periodontal probing and plaque examination were performed on 6 teeth, and PLISBI and GI values were recorded. SPSS13.0 software was used to test the homogeneity of variance and analysis of variance. Results after 3 months of correction, the SBI values of severe fluorosis teeth were higher than those of other groups (P 0.05), and the values of PLIISBI and GI of 4 groups were significantly higher than those of other groups at 6 months, and the GI and SBI values of severe fluorosis teeth at 9 months were significantly higher than those of other groups (P 0.01). Conclusion dental fluorosis can inhibit plaque deposition during orthodontic treatment, but can promote gingivitis. Gingivitis may occur in patients with severe dental fluorosis at the early stage of orthodontic treatment.
