制作下頜總義齒初印模不同方法的對比研究

【摘要】:目的:比較無壓力初印模技術與傳統(tǒng)初印模技術制取出下頜初模型邊緣與內(nèi)、外斜線的距離及磨牙后墊的形態(tài)。方法:20名無牙頜志愿者分別使用無壓初印模和傳統(tǒng)初印模2種技術為同一志愿者制作2副試驗用初模型,分別測量模型內(nèi)斜線、外斜線到模型邊緣的距離及觀測磨牙后墊的形態(tài)。結果:無壓力印模組初模型邊緣至內(nèi)斜線的距離(2.33±0.83)mm比壓力組(2.70±0.72)mm明顯減小,至外斜線的距離(4.37±0.87)mm比壓力組(4.41±0.70)mm也明顯減小;其差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.000)。無壓印模技術制取的初印模磨牙后墊的形變小于傳統(tǒng)印模技術。結論:無壓初印模制取的初模型邊緣伸展更合適,更有利于全口義齒的下一步制作,是值得在臨床中推廣的技術。
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the distance between the edge and inside of the initial model of the mandible, the distance of the outer oblique line and the shape of the posterior molar of the mandibular initial model. Methods: 20 non dentomandibular volunteers were used in the same volunteer system as the first model of the same volunteers with the 2 techniques of the unpressed initial impression and the traditional first print die, respectively, to measure the internal deviation of the model. The distance between the line, the outer oblique line and the model edge of the model. Results: the distance between the initial model edge to the inner slope of the non pressure model group (2.33 + 0.83) mm was significantly lower than that of the pressure group (2.70 + 0.72) mm, and the distance to the outer oblique line (4.37 + 0.87) mm was significantly lower than that of the pressure group (4.41 + 0.70) mm, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000). The deformation of the rear pad of the first impression molars is less than the traditional impression technology. Conclusion: the initial model edge extension of the unpressed initial model is more suitable and is more beneficial to the next step of the complete denture. It is worth popularizing in the clinic.
