明膠-聚苯胺導(dǎo)電水凝膠的制備與研究

【摘要】:目的 :明膠-聚苯胺接枝共聚物(gelatin-graft-polyaniline,GP)導(dǎo)電水凝膠的制備和性能研究。方法:采用直接摻雜法制作GP,使用樟腦磺酸(camphor sulfonic acid,CSA)作為摻雜劑。GP溶于水形成導(dǎo)電水凝膠(gelatin-graft-polyaniline hydrogel,GPH),以1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亞胺鹽酸鹽[1-(3-dimethylaminoproply)-3-ethylcarbodiimide,EDC]進行交聯(lián)。對制備的GP和GPH的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、生物相容性、溶解性、溶脹比和導(dǎo)電性能進行觀察研究。結(jié)果:GPH導(dǎo)電性能良好(1×10~(-4)~1×10~(-3)S/cm),并隨著苯胺含量的增大而增大。但當(dāng)苯胺的量提高到一定程度,通過明膠共聚獲得的GPH溶解性大大降低,同時溶脹比增加。結(jié)論:GPH是一種新型的可降解生物材料,具有良好的導(dǎo)電性能,作為支架在組織工程修復(fù)中有巨大的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the preparation and properties of gelatin-graft-polyaniline GP-based conductive hydrogel. Methods: GPs were prepared by direct doping method, and then crosslinked with 1-3-dimethylaminoproplyne-3-ethylcarbodiimide-carbodiimide (1-3-dimethylaminoproplyne-3-ethylcarbodiimide-EDC). GP was dissolved in water to form gelatin-graft-polyaniline hydrogelatin (GPHN), and 1-dimethylaminopropyl-3-ethylcarbodiimide (EDC) was crosslinked with 1-dimethylaminoproply- 3-ethylcarbodiimide-carbodiimide (1-3-dimethylaminoproply-3-ethylcarbodiimide-EDC). The morphology, biocompatibility, solubility, swelling ratio and conductivity of GP and GPH were studied. Results the conductivity of 1 脳 10 ~ (-4) C ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (10) C ~ (-3) S / cm ~ (-1) S / cm ~ (-1) is good, and it increases with the increase of aniline content. However, when the amount of aniline increased to a certain extent, the solubility of GPH obtained by gelatin copolymerization decreased greatly, and the swelling ratio increased. Conclusion as a new biodegradable biomaterial, the weight GPH has good electrical conductivity and has great application prospect as scaffold in tissue engineering repair.
