【摘要】：目的通過調(diào)查牙周黏膜科患者的疾病構(gòu)成,為牙周病和口腔黏膜病防治提供臨床依據(jù)。方法收集哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院牙周黏膜科患者資料,并對其主要診斷進(jìn)行分類。結(jié)果 5年患者共37 076人次,女性患者明顯多于男性,城、鄉(xiāng)患者均等。就診患者平均年齡(42±17)歲,25~36歲及43~59歲為牙周黏膜科門診就診的高峰年齡。牙周病與口腔黏膜病患者共31 146人次及其累計構(gòu)成比85.43%。牙周病與口腔黏膜病共53種,并指出就診率高的前6位疾病及其臨床流行病學(xué)特點。結(jié)論牙周黏膜科患者疾病種類繁多,以復(fù)發(fā)性阿弗他潰瘍,口腔扁平苔蘚,慢性牙周炎居多,在一定程度上反映了牙周黏膜科門診患者的疾病就診需求及趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease and oral mucosal disease by investigating the disease composition of periodontal mucosae.Methods the data of periodontal mucosa patients in the second affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were collected and the main diagnoses were classified.Results there were 37,076 patients in 5 years. The number of female patients was more than that of male patients.The mean age of the patients was 42 鹵17 years old, 2536 years old and 4359 years old respectively.There were 31 146 patients with periodontal disease and oral mucosal disease and their cumulative composition ratio was 85.43.There are 53 kinds of periodontal diseases and oral mucosal diseases.Conclusion there are many kinds of diseases in periodontal mucosae patients, such as recurrent aphthous ulcer, oral lichen planus and chronic periodontitis, which to some extent reflect the need and tendency of outpatients with periodontal mucosal diseases.
