【摘要】：食物嵌塞是口腔科的常見病征,也是口腔修復(fù)的常見并發(fā)癥,常給患者帶來極大的痛苦。其病因復(fù)雜,發(fā)病機制不明,至今仍缺乏有效的治療方法。已有研究表明:相鄰牙間的鄰面接觸不良是食物嵌塞的主要原因,并指出食物嵌塞治療的根本是恢復(fù)正常的、緊密的鄰面接觸并在咀嚼功能運動過程中維持緊密的鄰面接觸不分離。本文就影響相鄰牙鄰面接觸區(qū)的因素,鄰面接觸的檢測手段及鄰面接觸異常與食物嵌塞的關(guān)系作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Food impaction is a common symptom of stomatology and a common complication of oral repair, which often brings great pain to patients.Its etiology is complex, pathogenesis is unclear, still lack effective treatment up to now.Previous studies have shown that poor contact between adjacent teeth is the main cause of food impaction, and pointed out that the root of food impaction treatment is to return to normal.Close adjacent contact and maintain close adjacent contact during masticatory movement.In this paper, the factors affecting the contact area of adjacent teeth, the detection methods of adjacent contact and the relationship between the abnormal adjacent contact and food impaction are reviewed.
