【摘要】：乳牙牙髓干細(xì)胞(SHED)是牙源性干細(xì)胞的一種,屬外胚間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞。作為一種理想的干細(xì)胞來(lái)源,SHED在干細(xì)胞治療中有良好的應(yīng)用前景。本文闡述了SHED的生物學(xué)特征及其在干細(xì)胞治療中的優(yōu)勢(shì),探討了SHED在組織再生和修復(fù)中發(fā)揮的多向分化潛能、細(xì)胞分泌功能和免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能等方面的功能作用。此外,本文還介紹了SHED在各系統(tǒng)、器官疾病治療中的臨床應(yīng)用,重點(diǎn)闡述了用SHED進(jìn)行干細(xì)胞移植在牙髓—牙本質(zhì)再生、頜骨再生、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療和免疫系統(tǒng)疾病治療方面的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Deciduous dental pulp stem cells (SHED) is a kind of odontogenic stem cells, which belongs to exoembryonic mesenchymal stem cells.As an ideal source of stem cells, Shed has a good application prospect in stem cell therapy.In this paper, the biological characteristics of SHED and its advantages in stem cell therapy were reviewed, and the functions of SHED in multidirectional differentiation, cell secretion and immunomodulation in tissue regeneration and repair were discussed.In addition, this article also introduced the clinical application of SHED in the treatment of various systems and organ diseases. The emphasis was put on the application of SHED in dental pulp dentin regeneration and jaw bone regeneration.Advances in the treatment of nervous system diseases and immune system diseases.
