【摘要】：正雙生牙屬于雙牙畸形的一種,臨床上同融合牙不易區(qū)分,其發(fā)病情況缺乏完整統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,我們較全面地檢索了有關(guān)雙生牙的國(guó)內(nèi)中文文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合我科診治的1例病例進(jìn)行分析討論,以提高對(duì)雙生牙的發(fā)病情況、臨床表現(xiàn)和鑒別診斷的認(rèn)識(shí)。1臨床資料患者女,34歲,回族,2012-12-18因右側(cè)上頜后牙腫痛1年,要求拔牙就診。檢查:28頰向阻生,牙合面部分萌,牙冠遠(yuǎn)中面黏膜覆蓋,對(duì)頜牙未萌;18部分萌出,頰向阻生;48
[Abstract]:Orthodontic teeth are a kind of biconodontic deformities, which are difficult to distinguish from fused teeth in clinic and lack of complete statistical data. We have searched the Chinese literature about twin teeth in a more comprehensive way. In order to improve the understanding of the incidence, clinical manifestation and differential diagnosis of twin teeth, the female was 34 years old, and the Hui nationality 2012-12-18 was suffering from swelling and pain of the right maxillary posterior teeth for 1 year, so as to improve the understanding of the incidence, clinical manifestation and differential diagnosis of the twin teeth. Examination of 28% buccal impaction, partial eruption of the occlusal surface, covered distal and middle crown mucosa, 18 partial eruption of maxillary teeth and 48% buccal impaction
