【摘要】：目的研究老年2型糖尿病與糖調(diào)節(jié)受損及正常人群的口腔假絲酵母菌屬感染,以降低感染率。方法選擇2009年1月-2013年7月150例老年2型糖尿病患者、150例糖調(diào)節(jié)受損患者及150名正常人群進(jìn)行研究,檢測(cè)分析3組受試者假絲酵母菌屬陽(yáng)性率、感染率及攜帶率,并對(duì)其唾液流量、pH值及空腹血糖值進(jìn)行記錄,采用SPSS18.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。結(jié)果老年2型糖尿病患者假絲酵母菌屬陽(yáng)性率、感染率分別為24.00%、8.66%,高于糖調(diào)節(jié)受損患者的9.33%、2.66%,也明顯高于正常人群的7.33%、2.66%,3組數(shù)據(jù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);假絲酵母菌屬攜帶率3組比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;老年2型糖尿病和糖調(diào)節(jié)受損患者的唾液流量及pH值均明顯低于正常對(duì)照組,但空腹血糖值均明顯高于正常組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論老年2型糖尿病患者比糖調(diào)節(jié)受損及正常人群易發(fā)生口腔假絲酵母菌屬感染;年齡、有無(wú)義齒、空腹血糖值是口腔假絲酵母菌屬感染的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the oral Candida infection in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose regulation and normal population. Methods 150 patients with impaired glucose regulation and 150 normal controls were selected from January 2009 to July 2013 to study the positive rate of Candida cerevisiae in three groups of subjects. The infection rate and carrying rate were recorded and the salivary flow pH value and fasting blood glucose value were recorded. The data were processed by SPSS18.0 software. Results the positive rate of Candida in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was positive. The infection rate was 24.00 and 8.66, respectively, which was higher than 9.33 and 2.66 in the patients with impaired glucose regulation, and also significantly higher than that in the normal group of 7.33 and 2.66. There were significant differences among the three groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the carrying rate of Candida among the three groups. The saliva flow and pH value in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose regulation were significantly lower than those in the normal control group, but the fasting blood glucose levels were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. Conclusion elderly patients with type 2 diabetes are more susceptible to oral candida infection than those with impaired glucose regulation, age, denture and fasting blood glucose are the risk factors of oral Candida spp infection.
