【摘要】：目的評價牙周非手術(shù)治療對重度慢性牙周炎患牙齦溝液(GCF)中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)及其組織抑制劑-1(TIMP-1)水平的影響。方法選取20顆重度牙周炎患牙,牙周非手術(shù)治療前后檢查菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、出血指數(shù)(BI)、附著喪失(AL),收集GCF,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測GCF中MMP-8和TIMP-1的含量。結(jié)果牙周非手術(shù)治療能顯著改善PLI、PD、BI和GCF的量(P0.01)以及AL(P0.05)。GCF中MMP-8和TIMP-1的水平在治療前后無明顯變化;除TIMP-1與治療后PLI呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系外(P0.05),MMP-8和TIMP-1與其他臨床指標(biāo)均無顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論牙周非手術(shù)治療能有效改善重度慢性牙周炎的臨床指標(biāo),但不能改變GCF中MMP-8和TIMP-1的水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of nonoperative periodontal treatment on the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-8 (MMP-8) and tissue inhibitor (TIMP-1) in GCFs of patients with severe chronic periodontitis. Methods Twenty teeth with severe periodontitis were selected. The plaque index (PLI), the depth of periodontal bag (PDD), the bleeding index (Pi), the appurative loss of alanine (GCF) and the content of MMP-8 and TIMP-1 in GCF were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) before and after non-operative treatment. Results the results showed that the periodontal non-operative treatment could significantly improve the level of MMP-8 and TIMP-1. The levels of MMP-8 and TIMP-1 in AL(P0.05).GCF did not change significantly before and after treatment. There was no significant correlation between MMP-8 and TIMP-1 and other clinical indexes except TIMP-1 and PLI after treatment. Conclusion Non-operative periodontal treatment can effectively improve the clinical indexes of severe chronic periodontitis, but can not change the levels of MMP-8 and TIMP-1 in GCF.
