不同垂直骨面型個(gè)別正常下頜骨形態(tài)及牙列特征研究

【摘要】:目的比較不同垂直骨面型個(gè)別正常的差異,為臨床上不同垂直骨面型人群正畸治療目標(biāo)的確定提供指導(dǎo)。方法采集30例個(gè)別正常成人為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)下頜平面角FH/MP的大小分為高角組(8例)、均角組(12例)和低角組(10例)。使用DICOM數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入Invivo5軟件測(cè)量∠L1/MP、∠L6/MP、L6牙長(zhǎng)軸交角、平面角、Balkwill角、Bonwill三角高與底之比。結(jié)果高角組和均角組∠L6/MP小于低角組,平面角大于低角組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);其余測(cè)量項(xiàng)目組間差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論高角組、均角組個(gè)別正常人群平面較低角組前傾,下頜第一磨牙牙長(zhǎng)軸在近遠(yuǎn)中方向上較低角組直立,而高角組與均角組之間無(wú)明顯差異。在正畸治療中,與高角及均角患者相比,低角患者的平面相對(duì)于眼耳平面位置更接近水平,下頜磨牙位置相對(duì)于下頜平面更向近中傾斜。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the individual normal differences of different vertical bone facial types and to provide guidance for the determination of orthodontic treatment targets in different vertical bone facial types. Methods 30 normal adults were selected as the study objects. According to the size of mandibular plane angle, FH/MP was divided into high angle group (n = 8), mean angle group (n = 12) and low angle group (n = 10). Results the ratio of height to bottom of Bonwill triangle in high angle group and uniform angle group was lower than that in low angle group, the plane angle was larger than that in low angle group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the average angle group, the level of the lower angle group was lower, the long axis of the mandibular first molar teeth was upright in the near and distal direction of the lower angle group, but there was no significant difference between the high angle group and the average angle group. In orthodontic treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and in orthodontic treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The position of the mandibular molars is closer to the middle of the mandibular plane and the position of the lower angle is closer to the level of the eye and ear plane.
